CRACK!!
A sudden snapping shot Z73 awake, quickly scurrying to her feet while her eyes darted all around to find the source. Though as she did, she noticed many things not...normal, per say.
The sky was an overwhelming mix of blue and purple, swirling together in an infinite number of ways in the waves of an ocean tide. The land was...well, it was all water, and there was a single Torii gate on a small island, where she spotted Shinano.
The woman was out of breath, panting and barely standing on her two feet as she held her hands against a near invisible dome, one that was being grasped from the outside by a person she doesn't recognize. They seemed unbothered by anything Shinano did, looking completely fine and not winded, unlike her enemy.
"I...won't let...you win..."
Shinano's words only seemed to spur the woman on further, and she pressed her hands further into the dome, making Shinano wince and shake on her legs. The dome continued being pressed inward, slowly reaching towards Shinano herself, who had already closed her eyes, her ears falling flat against her head.
"I'm...sorry...everyone..."
WHAM!!
At the strange sound, Shinano opened her eyes, feeling them grow wider as she saw the woman who she was fighting off for hours fly off in the endless blue sheet of water, and in front of her, the person who stopped her.
"Wha...73...?"
"Yep. Looks like you were on the end of the rope there too."
Shinano slowly grew a smile, before her legs finally gave out, and she collapsed behind the dome. Z73 let a sigh leave her, turning to face the person that was attacking Shinano, who was now standing up.
They looked unaffected by the actual attack, no signs of damage on them at all. Although, the force behind it did still move them away, so at the very least, she can keep this person at bay.
"So, who are you? You allied with Marco Polo?"
The person didn't speak, only beginning to walk towards her again...no, she was looking past her, she wanted Shinano still. Z73 walked in front of her vision again, this time finally drawing the woman's eyes, her bright red orbs looking down into Z73's own.
"I'll ask again, who are you?"
...
The woman again didn't speak, and tried moving around Z73 to get to Shinano. Z73 held a hand out and stopped her again, their eyes meeting once more in a silent stare down.
The woman slowly reached up to Z73's arm and grabbed it, moving it aside before continuing towards Shinano once more. Z73 watched her get closer, taking a deep breath before she walked up behind her and hugged her.
The woman stopped again, but this time, her eyes opened a little wider as her feet left the water under her. Her eyes focused on the sky before her head was slammed into the water, curtesy of Z73 performing a suplex on her.
"If you won't be talking, then I'll just keep you away until you do." Z73's arms were still wrapped around the woman's stomach, slowly squeezing tighter and tighter. "So if you don't want to have this go on forever, I'd start talking pretty soon."
The woman seemed to be struggling now, trying to get free of Z73's grip, and somehow, she was actually rolling to her stomach despite the hold the smaller woman had on her. She was steadily rising up, every movement being agonizingly slow thanks to the girl latched onto her.
"Now now..." Another voice came into the scene, and the woman turned to look at the owner of the voice.
"You can't go forgetting me can you?" Adapter smirked in the woman's face before raising her leg, a fierce kick to her head that sent the woman out of Z73's grip and out to the water again.
