One Down

Yet again, we see the early riser.

The dawn of a new day was always the hardest part, especially after having a really nice day the one prior. Z73 just didn't feel like getting up at this point, wanting to keep nice and bundled in bed thanks to having the time of her life dealing with Marco and getting some nice comeuppance for the shit she pulled.

Though, considering she did pull all that off, she should check on her...

"Ugh...goddammit..." She slowly got out of bed, stretching as best she could and feeling a few satisfying pops and cracks as she did.

Twisting and doing all her morning rolls and Yoga like moves, she eventually felt herself all limber and nimble, and that meant it was finally time to get going on everything else for the morning. She went and brushed her teeth, washed up, combed her hair, the works, all before donning her usual jacket and leaving the room to be hit with a pleasant smell.

'Huh, wonder who's cooking?' She made her way downstairs, hearing several people talking and chatting in the kitchen while even more of her sisters were sat in the living room and watching TV.

"Morning girls." Upon hearing her voice, everyone's head shot to the stairs, and she almost went blind from the sheer happiness radiating off of them all.

""MORNING 73!!""

"...Can you all not do that?" She rubbed her eyes and sighed. "It's too early for your shouting, and it's creepy."

"They're just happy to see you fine and well." Z23 walked out of the kitchen, holding a bowl to her side with batter mixing into it.

The smell that came to Z73's nose was one that melted her colder face, the hints of cinnamon and the ever so slight herby smell told her everything she needed. "You're making Caramel sweets, aren't you?"

"Can't hide it from you can I? Caramel addict."

"At least I can take things easy, workaholic."

The others almost imagined a spark going between Z23 and Z73's eyes, but the tension faded instantly as they both chuckled at their little quips to the other. 23 went back to the kitchen to finish up the baking, while 73 went over to the couch and sat back, relaxing into the material.

She soon felt someone poking her cheek, and turned to see 46 staring at her. "Yes?"

"You're the highest numbered one right?"

"Yeah, what about it?"

Z46, despite the usually passive glance in her eyes, got a tint of mischief in them after hearing the confirmation. "Then as your elder, I need you to stand so I can sit there."

There was a silence for a time, before Z73 wrapped Z46 in a hug and ground her knuckles into her head, giving the most vicious noogie imaginable. Z46 couldn't break from her grip, and started screaming out as the noogie went on.

"Just because I'm younger, don't mean I'm giving up anything, got it?"

"I-I got it! I got it!"

"You sure?"

"Yes! I'm sorry!"

She finally let go of her, and 46 slid away from her while grasping her head, tears pricking her eyes. The message was clear that, even if she was the youngest amongst them, she wasn't going to be thrown around thanks to it, no doubt in due to her probably being the most mature as well.

She turned to the TV to see what they were watching, which showed a strange sight of four large Human like...things, giggling and laughing while rolling around in la-la land. She glanced at the others, who were all enraptured by the show like Toddlers...which in physique, some were close too.
