Light snores and snorts came from the darkened room, clearly the sounds of a person slowly waking from their slumber as they grew quieter and quieter. The room itself was almost completely dark save for the small lightbulb that was situated above a pool of water, where several machines prodded and poked into.

The person eventually did wake however, stretching and cracking their bones before slowly standing to their feet. Z73 cracked her neck and shook to work out whatever other kinks there were in her body, before looking around the room she found herself in.

'...Oh yeah, I was reviving everyone.'

She had tossed the cubes into the machine for an eventual revival of everyone, and right afterward, she collapsed right there and fell asleep, the day's events finally catching up to her as she was out like a light soon as she closed her eyes. No one could blame her, especially after shattering her arm from Hierophant's battle.

Speaking of...

She looked down to her arm, seeing how it was still horribly mangled, but wasn't leaking any blood surprisingly. She sighed and went over to the pool, laying on the side before dipping her arm into it.

As her arm hit the water, the machines got to work fixing her up to tip top shape. Thankfully the waters were also doubled as numbing agents, otherwise this would have been one hell of a procedure.

It didn't take more than ten minutes before she felt the machines pull away, and she pulled her arm from the waters, brand new and fully mobile yet again. "Good, now time to go and see if the day returned."

Getting up to do just that, she went to go open the door only for someone else to open it for her. In stepped a familiar face, one that snapped to her own and flashed a small smile.

"Looks like you were out for a while, weren't you 73?" The ever amicable Frenchwoman was there in the flesh, as if nothing wrong had ever happened to her, even after she had taken her cube.

...

Z73 sighed and walked over to her old friend, all but collapsing into Clemenceau's arm. "Oh? What's this about?"

"..."

"Pardon?" Clemenceau leaned down a little, as Z73 had whispered those words out in a tone she simple couldn't hear.

"...I'm glad you're here..."

Clemenceau's put on smile softened, slowly beginning to be a true one as her friend embraced her back, something she never had done before. "It's good to be here too, mon ami."
——

The two had began to walk together outside, watching the world after the cataclysmic event that, of the Kansens here in Germany, only Z73 was truly able to remember. She looked around as all the others were either reading a newspaper they found or on their phones, clearly searching for the news of what had happened in their day of no memories.

Though, it was obviously soon to be known once Z73 appeared.

She could see many eyes turn to her, as Clemenceau had told everyone that yesterday's events were solved thanks to her help. At first she was slightly ticked off that she would just put her out like that, but she would have to tell everyone anyways so it wouldn't do much in the end if they knew now or later.

"Well?" The Frenchwoman gave her a smile. "Are you ready to tell the world what had happened the day prior?"

"I don't know, I don't feel like doing it but I kind of have too..."

Clemenceau pulled her phone out and began looking to the news too, a few quick flicks of her fingers before stopping on something specific she recorded earlier. "It's a good thing you don't need too then, I believe this girl will tell it all anyways."
