Peter suits up once again as chaos erupts when Vulture is on the hunt to get revenge on Norman Osborn.Can Spider-Man stop these sinister plans or will to pressure of being Spider-Man and Peter Parker finally get to him?
On a late October night as the thunder cracked and the lightning struck in the distance. The storm got closer. Adrian Toomes didn't let that bother him. Toomes was working on a special project to get his revenge on Norman Osborn. "After this suit gets finished I will finally get my revenge on Norman Osborn." He said to himself as the rain came down.
The Next Day...
Peter was busy stopping another crime. It's been three in the same month. Same group of men. Peter was exhausted. He was slowing down after each punch. "I never had to do this much work stopping someone before." He said to himself as he webbed the last guy up. Peter looked at the uniforms of the guys he webbed up. Peter then picked up his phone. "Hey Victoria. Could you do me a favor and look up Fisk Industries?" Asked Peter. Confused for a sec. "Hey Peter. Yes I can. Why?" Peter walked over to the guys that were webbed up. "I'm hoping the stuff you find can show me who's in charge of the crimes that's been going on lately." Said Peter as he took off from the scene. "I will get right on that!" Said Victoria as she hung up the phone. Peter started swinging towards Gwen's place. Peter and Gwen had a date planned.
Peter made it to Gwen's place and knocked on the door. After Peter knocked the door open. Captain Stacy opened the door. Peter didn't expect him to open the door. "Peter." Said Captain Stacy as he nodded his head at Peter. Peter nodded his head back at Captain Stacy. "Captain Stacy." Gwen quickly rushed in between both Peter and her dad so everything could stop being awkward. Gwen wrapped her arms around Peter's. "You ready Pete?" Asked Gwen. Peter looked at Gwen and smiled. "Yes." Peter and Gwen started to walk away from the house. "Have fun you two" shouted Captain Stacy from a distance. "I'm excited for Coney Island." Said Gwen with excitement in her voice. Peter smiled and wrapped his arm around her. "Me too." Peter and Gwen happily walked to Coney Island.
Coney Island...
Peter and Gwen had the best time that they ever had. Peter was winning so many prizes for Gwen. They walked over to Deno's Wonder Wheel. After the ride was over and they were headed out the park Peter and Gwen stopped in tracks. Walking in was no other than Harry Osborn and oddly enough his dad Norman. Gwen couldn't hold in her excitement. "Harry!" Gwen ran and gave Harry a hug. Peter is not too far behind her. "Hey. Buddy." Peter with a smile he also gave Harry a hug. Harry hugged both of them and smiled. "Hey guys." Said Harry. Norman walked up behind him and smiled at Peter and Gwen. "Isn't it wonderful? Harry is back from his trip." Norman placed his hand on Harry's shoulder. "Sorry for the short time but I would like to have a day with my son." Peter and Gwen looked at each other and back at Norman. "We understand." Said Peter. Then Peter and Gwen left. Peter looked at Gwen. "Did Harry seem odd to you?" Peter asked as he wrapped his arm around her. Gwen looked up at Peter. "Maybe he has a little jet lag." Before Peter could respond in the distance you could hear someone yell "Norman!" Peter and Gwen looked back at Harry and Norman but didn't see anyone near them. "Norman!" By the time Peter heard Norman's name a guy in a bird costume grabbed Norman and flew off with him.
Everyone at Coney Island couldn't believe what just happened. People were running everywhere. Screaming in fear. Thinking that they could be next at any moment. Peter looked at Gwen in panic. "While I get the cops, you go check up on Harry. Make sure he's okay. I'll be back!" Peter took off in the other direction. Peter quickly went behind one of the prize booths. He looked around really quickly to make sure no one was watching him. He then changed into Spider-Man.
Spider-Man leaped into action as he headed towards Norman and the bird guy. "Who are you?" Asked. Norman is as calm as possible. The guy looked down at Norman. "Why and how are you so calm?" The guy asked as he was flying higher and higher into the sky. Norman looked up at the guy. "I know it's you Adrain. You've tried working on this stupid project ever since you worked for me." That made Adrain angry. He stopped flying and just started to hover. "The names Vulture!" Said Adrian as he dropped Norman. Spider-Man was gaining on Vulture and Norman. He saw that Norman was falling so he quickly swung over and grabbed Norman. Spider-Man then swung him to safety. Norman didn't say a word. He just brushed himself off and walked away. Vulture saw that from a distance. He wasn't happy that Norman was still alive. Vulture took off heading towards Spider-Man. Spider-Man turned and swung towards Vulture. Spider-Man landed on the back of Vulture. "Get off! Get off me you Vigilante!" Yelled Vulture. "Who are you?" Spider-Man asked, confused. "The names Vulture." Said Vulture as he slung Spider-Man off his back. Spider-Man kicked off the side of a building and landed back onto Vulture's back. Spider-Man grabbed the wings of Vulture's suit. "These look important." Spider-Man then ripped the wings off the suit. The both started to fall faster until Spider-Man gilded them both to the nearest building.
Spider-Man man webbed Vulture up in the corner of the building. Before Spider-Man could figure out where Vulture came from and why he wanted Norman Osborn he's phone started ringing. Spider-Man looked at the Vulture "Don't go anywhere." Spider-Man walked away a little and answered the phone. "Hey Gwen." Gwen sounded panicked. "Where are you!?" Peter stopped walking. "I'm on my way back." Gwen took a breath. "Okay. Are you alright?" Peter took a few steps to the edge of the building. "I'm alright. I'm on my way back now. I love you." You could feel the relief from Gwen's voice. "That's good. I love you too." They hung up the phone. Spider-Man then walked back over to Vulture only to see that he was gone. Spider-Man put his head down and his hand on his face. "Dang it." Spider-Man leaped off the building and headed back to Coney Island.
Spider-Man made it back to Coney Island and changed back into his regular clothes. He met back up with Gwen and Harry. Gwen ran over to Peter and gave him a hug. "I'm glad you're alright. I was so worried that that thing got you." Peter wrapped his arms around her. "I'm alright. It's okay." Gwen calmed down and they both walked over to Harry. "Hey Pete. Glad you're alright." Said Harry with a soft smile. "I'm sorry about what happened to your dad." Said Peter. "The Vigilante saved home." Gwen smiled. "That's great." They all hugged. "I think I'm going to head home." Said Harry. "Okay. Us too." Replied Peter. Harry waved goodbye and left. Peter and Gwen headed off to her place.
Peter and Gwen made it to her place. Peter walked her to the door. "Today was a crazy day. I think I'm going to go get some sleep." Said Gwen as she opened the door. Peter smiled. "Okay. I love you." Said Peter as he gave her a hug and kiss. "Good night." Said Gwen with a smile. "Good night." Said Gwen as she walked in the door. After Gwen went inside Peter's phone vibrated. It was a text from Victoria.
