Chapter Four

Peter didn't know what happened. He shook it off and headed back to the group. As he swung back he saw everyone walking back to Aunt May's. He quickly headed to a nearby alley. Harry looked up and saw Spider-Man swinging into the alley. Peter came out of the alley. "Hey guys. Wait up." Peter quickly jogs back to Victoria, Gwen, and Harry. They stand under a street light and wait for Peter to catch up. "Sorry I made it back late, the bugle was chaotic!" Peter laughs it off. "I bet it was..." Harry mumbles under his breath. Peter looks at Harry "Sorry I missed lunch man, how about next time it's on me?" Harry starts to get angry "LUNCH?! You missed the whole day" Harry exclaims. "It's fine, shall we get going?" Victoria tried to change the subject. "No." Harry cuts Victoria off. Gwen intervenes "Harry calm down, it's okay." Harry takes three steps before turning back around. "Can't any of you see? It isn't about missing lunch or the whole day. Peter's been lying to us all the time." Peter looks toward Victoria "Uh buddy, what are you talking about?" "The bugle closes at 5." Harry pulls out his phone and shows the time "It's 7:15...and it's not just that, I saw Spider-Man . I saw him swing into an alley we just passed and guess who came out? You Peter. You're the Vigilante! You're Spider-Man!" Yelled Harry. "Ok...you got me." Victoria looks at Peter surprised and worried, "I'll tell you the truth, but not here." Said Peter as they walked to Aunt May's house.

Aunt May's House...

They made it to Aunt May's house and went downstairs. "Alright! Spill it!" Said Harry with a look of confusion and anger on his face. Peter went to his room. He grabbed a newspaper and placed it in the fort of Harry. Confused, he picked up the newspaper. "What is this?" Peter looked at Harry. "Read the first article." Victoria sat on the couch opposite from Harry and crossed her arms. She watched as Harry's face changed from anger to shock. Harry backs away from the newspaper "And this was you?!" He sits down on the couch as Gwen picks up the paper "I remember hearing about this." She said while covering her mouth. Harry sighs and looks at Peter "You idiot...you could've told us." Peter scratches his head, "Yea but that would also put you all in danger, I couldn't do that to you two." Harry points at Victoria, and she knew...this whole time?!" Well slowly turns back to Harry with his hands up "Well to be fair it's hard to keep secrets from someone you live with... especially Tori." And the four of them start laughing. Victoria's computer went off in the distance. Peter turned and looked at the laptop and saw Fisk's name on the screen. He turned back around and looked at Gwen and Harry. "Can y'all give me and Tori the room?" Harry nodded his head as he and Gwen left the room. Victoria was confused about the situation. "What is this about?" She asked as she walked over to Peter. Peter walked over to Victoria's laptop and pointed at the screen. "What is this?" Victoria looked at the screen. She had a worried look on her face. "It's Fisk's location." Peter couldn't believe what he heard. "How did you get his location?" Victoria's face turned. "I placed a tracker on him." Peter was in shock. "You did what!" Peter turned around and looked at the laptop . Victoria felt bad for going behind Peter's back. "I'm sorry Peter. Can you look at me?" Peter didn't move. Victoria placed her hand on Peter's shoulder and turned him around. "Look at me! I'm sorry that I did this without you knowing about it first." Peter became angry with Victoria. "You took my tracker prototypes out of my room and went out to put them on a crime lord? You could have gotten hurt or worse..." before Peter could finish his sentence the laptop went off again saying that Fisk was on the move.

Peter quickly put his suit on. "We will finish this conversation later." Before Peter could leave Gwen and Harry walked into the room. Peter looked at both of them. "I'm sorry. I have to stop him." Harry nods his head. "Don't be sorry buddy." Harry smiled. Peter went over to Gwen and gave her a kiss and hugged her. "Be careful." She whispered to him as he leapt out the window.
