It was the next day. Gwen was meeting Victoria at a local coffee shop. "Thanks for meeting me over here." Said Victoria as Gwen sat down. Gwen was happy to see Victoria but was confused on why she called her over here. "Why did you want to meet me over here?" Asked Gwen. "I'm worried about Peter." Said Victoria as her expression changed. "So am I. He's been acting strange lately." Said Gwen as she's gotten worried. "Tell me about it. He's been rude to me and hasn't been talking to me lately. Said Victoria. Gwen placed her hand on Victoria's hand. "I'll get him to meet me somewhere and I will talk to him. Victoria smiled. "Thank you. Maybe he will listen to you." Gwen smiled back at Victoria. "Maybe so."
On the other side of the city...
Spider-Man swings through the city stopping crimes here and there faster than before. He is enjoying the day. He then gets a phone call. It's Gwen. He answers it in mid air. "Hey Gwen." He answered. "Hey Pete, can you meet me at Central Park?" Gwen asked. "See you there." Said Spider-Man as he rushed to the park. Spider-Man made it to Central Park. He saw Gwen sitting on a bench waiting on him. The symbiote disappeared from Peter as Peter landed behind a few bushes. Peter walked around the bushes and sat beside Gwen, giving her a hug and kiss. "Everything alright?" Asked Peter. "Yeah everything is alright. I just haven't seen you in a while and you haven't been picking up my calls. I'm just worried about you." Said Gwen as the look on her face changed. Peter looked annoyed. "I'm alright Gwen. There's nothing to worry about." Peter smiled and got up off the bench. He gave Gwen a kiss on the forehead. Then he walked behind the bushes and the symbiote reappeared on Peter and he took off like he was never there.
