While swinging through the city y was drawn in by the amount of sirens going off. As he got closer he noticed five police cars surrounding the entrance to an abandoned warehouse. Spider-Man landed as one of the police chiefs walked over to talk to him. "What's going on here?" Spider-Man said looking at the photographers snapping pictures. "It's the Vulture. Some of my men found him strung up in this abandoned warehouse this morning." Spider-Man looked confused, "who could've done this?!" he asked while walking into the warehouse. The police chief sighed "Lucky for us the guy left a note." He passed the note to Spider-Man and as he read the note he was even more shocked. The note went as followed:

"The itsy bitsy spider tried to ruin my plans
Ka-boom went the building and flushed the spider out
And the itsy bitsy spider never tried again...
You must be terrible at your job. Come find me so we can end this!"

"Goblin?!" Spider-Man yelled. His fist clenched in anger. But when Spider-Man looked back up at Vulture he noticed a bomb attached to him. "EVERYBODY RUN!" Spider-Man yelled webbing as many as he could out of the warehouse. The bomb went off and all the evidence went up in smoke. Spider-Man was blown out of the warehouse with burns left on his back. Spider-Man slowly gets back up and the police run over to see if he's okay. Some of them thank Spider-Man for saving their lives. The chief tells an officer to call the fire department. Spider-Man walks over to him "Hey chief, Goblin is too dangerous for you guys to fight. Try not to fight him unless it's absolutely necessary." The police chief shook Spider-Man's hand, "You got it." Spider-Man takes off again, still hurt from the explosion.
