Chapter Five

"Hurry up. Tonight must be really important if Kingpin is going to be here." Said one of Kingpin's goons as he loaded his gun. Spider-Man landed on the side of a building in an alleyway next to the warehouse that KingPin was at. "I wish my suit was a lot warmer. It's cold out here." He said to himself as he shivered a little. Footsteps started coming from a distance. "He's here!" Said the main goon. The rest of Kingpin's goons lined up as Kingpin walked their way. "Tonight is the night we take down the final gang in this city!" Everyone cheered. "Tonight is the night we take down Hammerhead!" Kingpin smirked while everyone cheered once more. Spider-Man heard enough. Spider-Man leaped off the building. As he leaped off the building one of the goons looked up and saw him. "It's the Vigilante!" The goons then started firing at Spider-Man. Spider-Man dodged the bullets and fought off the goons. Kingpin went inside.

Meanwhile...

Victoria sat on the couch. She started to feel worse for going behind Peter's back. The look on her face said it all. Harry told everyone bye as he left to go home. Gwen was about to leave when she saw Victoria on the couch looking upset. "Why do you have that look on your face?" Asked Gwen as she sat down next to Victoria. Victoria looked at Gwen. "I don't like arguing with people and I definitely don't like to argue with Peter." Gwen gave Victoria a hug. "You were just trying to help him. There is nothing wrong with that. You can't let him get mad over you helping." Victoria had a little smile. Gwen grabbed Victoria by the hand and helped her off the couch. "You are his older cousin. You are like a sister to him. There is no other family I know that has a bond like y'all have." Victoria smiled and gave Gwen a hug. "Peter will come around. He can't stay mad forever. He's hardheaded. Trust me I know I'm dating him." Said Gwen. They both laughed. They gave each other one last hug. They told each other bye and Gwent went home.

Back at the Warehouse....

Rain started falling down and more goon's kept coming after Spider-Man knocked one down. Spider-Man finally finished the fight after he knocked out and webbed the last goon. Spider-Man caught his breath for a second. Then he walked inside the warehouse. "Kingpin, I know you're in here!" Yelled Spider-Man as he searched the warehouse. Spider-Man's head began to hurt as he knew danger was near. Before he found where the danger came from Kingpin came out of the shadows and grabbed Spider-Man throwing into the wall. Kingpin walked closer to Spider-Man. "The last few months have been better without you around!" Spider-Man was dazed. He struggled getting up. Kingpin picked up Spider-Man and threw him to the other side of the warehouse. "You fool. You call yourself a hero? More like a fool." Spider-Man struggles to get up again. Kingpin walks up to Spider-Man and picks him up by his suit. "I'm going to enjoy this." Kingpin smiled and raised his fist and started punching Spider-Man in the face. After multiple punches to the face. Spider-Man finally comes to and catches the next punch that was coming. The Kingpin was shocked. Spider-Man twisted Kingpin's arm around and threw him down. Kingpin looked at Spider-Man and wiped the blood from his mouth. "Is that the best you can do?!" Yelled Kingpin as he got up off the ground. Spider-Man was tired so he quickly webbed Kingpin up and hung him from the ceiling. "I'll let the cops deal with you." Said Spider-Man as he webbed Kingpin's mouth shut. Spider-Man was right. As soon as he left the warehouse the cops were pulling up to it.
