After departing from Kyoshi Island, Jolee along with Aang, Katara, Sokka, Appa and Momo make their way to a large city. Katara and Sokka were in awe of what they were seeing.

Aang: The Earth Kingdom city of Omashu! I used to always come here to visit my friend Bumi.

Katara: Wow. We don't have buildings like this in the South Pole!

Sokka: They have buildings here that don't melt!

Jolee: Would you believe that I've seen bigger?

Aang: Well let's go, slow pokes. The real fun's inside the city!

Aang leaps off the top of the hill with his Airbending. However, he was stopped by the others, specifically Katara.

Katara: Wait, Aang! It could be dangerous if people find out you're the Avatar.

Sokka: You need a disguise.

Aang: So what am I supposed to do? Grow a mustache?

It wasn't long before they were able to make a suitable disguise for Aang which consisted of a patch of Appa's fur as a mustache and tall wig made of the same material.

Aang: Ugh. This is so itchy. Appa, how do you live in this stuff?

Sokka: Great! Now you look just like my grandfather.

Katara: Technically, Aang is 112 years old.

Aang nimbly kicks up his staff and spins it rapidly around before placing it upright on the ground to be used as a walking stick. He hunches his back and leans heavily on his staff like an old person. Aang then begins speaking in an old man voice.

Aang: Now let's get to skippin', young whipper-snappers. The big city awaits!

Jolee looked upon this with an annoyed expression on his face. He looks around to see the others looking at him, no doubt trying to make a comparison.

Jolee: Ha ha. Very funny.

With that, Jolee and the others began approaching the gates of Omashu. They quickly saw a dispute between the guards and a cabbage merchant.

Gate Guard: Rotten cabbages?! What kind of slum do you think this is?!

The Gate Guard then throws the cabbages to the ground. He then proceeds by Earthbending a rock under the cart, catapulting it high in the air, making it tumble down the chasm with all the cabbages. The merchant drops to his knees and laments loudly on this.

Cabbage Merchant: No! My cabbages!

The group plays it cool as they approach the guards. The guards quickly top them.

Gate Guard: State your business!

Aang: My business is my business, young man, and none of yours! I've got half a mind to....bend you over my knee and paddle your backside!

As Aang says this, Sokka was visibly shocked.

Sokka: We're so dead....

Gate Guard: Settle down, old timer! Just tell me who you are.

It was at this point that Jolee walked past Aang. Jolee then begins waving his hand in front of the guards.

Jolee: You don't need to see his identification.

Sokka: Jolee! What are you doing?!

Jolee: Shh!

After a moment of silence, the guard speaks up, appearing in a trance.

Gate Guard: We....we don't need to see his identification.

Jolee: We can go about our business.

Gate Guard: You can go about your business.

Jolee: Move along.

Gate Guard: Move along! Move along!

As the group was given entry into Omashu, they were shocked at what Jolee just did. When they walked past the guards, Sokka looked at the guard to see him slowly coming out of the trance.

Gate Guard: Enjoy Omashu!

As they entered the city of Omashu, the trio quickly became curious about what Jolee did.

Katara: Jolee, what did you do to the guards?

Jolee: A little trick I picked up from the Jedi. The Force can have a strong influence on the weak-minded.

Sokka: So you just scrambled that guard's brains?!

Jolee: Don't be so dramatic! He'll be fine. His mind will be clear as day and he'll be none the wiser.

With that, the group continued into the city. They pull up at the parapet at the rim of a nearby chasm. Katara and Sokka were in awe at this. Even Jolee was impressed by the architecture of the city. Momo's head now entirely popped out of his wig. He leans on the rim as well and joins the siblings in mouth open gazing at Omashu's scenery. Jolee then takes a look at the intricate system of chutes that run through the city. The aqueduct like structures are built over and beside the houses with typical green roofs.

Aang: This is the Omashu delivery system. Miles and miles of tubes and chutes. Earthbending brings the packages up, and gravity brings them down.

Sokka: Great, so they get their mail on time.

Jolee: Be nice, Sokka. While not exactly advanced, it's actually a clever way to get mail around. In fact, I don't think I've seen anything quite so...ingenuitive.

Aang: They do get their mail on time, a better use for these chutes.

Aang soon leads them to the top of the one of the chutes. Aang then gets Katara and Sokka on the mail cart while Jolee stays.

Aang: Come on in, Jolee! It'll be fun!

Jolee: That sounds....tempting, but I think I'll just stay up here.

Aang looks excited, while the siblings look around them, unsure and slightly frightened. Jolee looked around and simply sighs.

Aang: One ride. Then we're off to the North Pole. Airbender's honor.

Katara: It sounded like fun at first, but now that I'm here, I'm starting to have second....

Before Katara could finish her sentence, Aang leans forward, tipping the balance of the box, sending it down the slope at a tremendous speed.

Jolee: Always on the move.

Without hesitation, Jolee begins sliding down the ramp to go after them. Jolee could already see that this joyride will lead into a spot of trouble.
