Quirk Description: His special red eyes grants him exceptional insight, given him exceptional predictive abilities and allowing him to mimic abilities of certain opponents, and provides him the ability to hypnotize enemies on sight. He can also use fire and lightning related techniques.

Gang Orca (34M). Quirk: Orcinus. Gang Orca's Quirk gives him the attributes and abilities of a Killer Whale. He has enhanced physical prowess and can produce hypersonic waves to paralyze his targets. He can use his abilities on land, although his Quirk is superior in the water.
Orca bowed his head, Sasuke's eyes widening as Orca blasted several sonic waves from his blowhole. He shot up and away from the roof edge, throwing kunai towards Orca. The kunai were deflected by the hero's sonic blast as Sasuke landed on the southeastern tank. The tank began to crumble as Orca smashed into the post. Some water spilled out. Sasuke jumped off, kicking downwards at the hero who raised both hands above his head to block. Orca turned, continuing to block Sasuke's barrage of downward kicks, the Uchiha throwing a kunai knife down at Orca's blowhole. The pro-hero sidestepped away from the roof edge, lodging the kunai into the wall as Sasuke backflipped, landing a few meters away from Orca.
He dashed behind the room on the roof as Orca shot towards him, narrowly avoiding the pro-hero by taking cover. As Orca rounded the roof, Sasuke performed hand seals. Fire Style: Fireball jutsu! He thought, taking advantage of the hero's close proximity to him to release that fireball that was higher than Orca's standing height.
