Kei looks annoyed by what Levi had said, but he didn't say anything back. He just place his fist against his chest as a salute to Levi. Well, at least he knows his place and not to talk back on a captain. But how long will these two will be willing to work together? Oh my goodness, why does the situation keeps on getting complicated?

-New Expedition-

Y/N P.O.V

Hanji wanted to capture a Titan for her experiments. I got a little terrified when she said that. How are we suppose to capture a Titan and bring it back here without causing too much scene? I'm sure the citizen would be terrified if they see the Titan.

I mean, sure... we have a wagon and such. But it still would be hard mission to do. Capturing a Titan? She have got to be joking. But then again, it is Hanji. She always came up with the craziest ideas. So, if that's what she wish for, I'd try my best to help. Now that there's Kei in our squad, meaning there's two Demi-Humans.

I hear footsteps and turn my head to see the others. They each have their horses with them. I turn my head to see Kei who's the only one without a horse.

"Nagai... there are no new horses prepared. So you'd be riding with one of us" Levi said, moving to stand next to me while crossing his arms. "Choose who you want to ride with" he said.

Kei instantly turn his head to look at me. "I'll be riding with Y/N... I'm not comfortable around the others yet" he said. I turn my head slightly to look at Levi. The look on his face tells me that he totally dislike the idea of Kei riding a horse with me.

"Forget it... you'll ride with me. You're not comfortable with the others, and I'm not comfortable with you around my girlfriend" Levi said. I let out a soft sigh at the turn of event. But what else do I expect? Kei obviously will deny Levi's offer. Those two just hated each other's guts.

It's my fault though. Levi and Kei are both fighting because of me. I didn't even realize Kei harbored such feelings for me. When did he even started to feel that way? Not that it matters because I never seen him that way.

"Okay, knock it off! Both of you" I said, walking towards the two of them. I place my hands on their chest to push them apart. I move to stand next to Levi and turn to look at Kei. "Kei... can't you please try to understand? Please don't make the situation harder than it should. We have to worry about the Titans and all" I said.

"You're my best friend. So what's wrong with wanting to ride a horse with you?" He asked, crossing his arms. He turn his head to look at Levi for a brief moment before turning to look at me again. "He doesn't seem to have a problem with it the first time" he said.

"That's before you made a move on her!" Levi barked, glaring hatefully at Kei. I turn my head to look around and notice everyone is watching their bicker. It would look bad on Levi's side because he's a captain. I gently place my hand on Levi's shoulder to gain his attention. He turn his head to look at me.

"Levi... please, just this once. I want you to give in... just let Kei ride with me" I said, in a hushed tone. He frown at what I said. I lean close to him so my lips is near his ear. "Take a look around you. Everyone's watching. It's not good for your reputation as a Captain..." I said. I pull away to look at him and smiles softly noticing that he's still hesitant.

"Please? Please believe me when I said it would mean nothing if Kei rides with me. The only man I'll ever love is you, Levi" I said. He let out a sigh and nod his head. He knows that I'm right. He would look unprofessional if he continues to bicker because of a girl.

"Fine... but if he tries something, you come straight to me. Got it?" He said. I just smile softly and nod my head. He leans down to place a soft kiss on my forehead. He turn to look at Kei. "Just this once, Nagai... but only 'cuz of her" he said. Kei just rolled his eyes at what he said. Levi click his tongue in annoyance.

Everyone mounted their horse. Kei climbs on my horse. He wrap his arms around my waist, quite tightly. "Kei... behave yourself" I said, while turning to look at him over my shoulder.

"What? Do you want me to fall off this horse, Y/N?" He asked. I let out a sigh and look forward. "Besides... isn't it normal for us. Back then we used to ride on motorcycle together and you'd wrap your arms around my torso just like this" he said.

"That was then... this was now. Back then I don't have a boyfriend and I just want to protect his feelings" I said. He just sighs and loosen his arms a little. I turn my head to look at Levi who's not far from me.

The expression on his face lets me know that he had witnessed the whole thing. He didn't look happy at all. Instead, he looks like it's taking every fiber in him to stop himself from coming towards us and yank Kei off of me.

"Hey, Levi..." I said. He blinks his eyes and turn to look at me. I send him a soft smile. "It's okay" I said. His eyes soften a little. He just let out a sigh and nod his head. I let the horse moves closer towards him. "Levi... I love you" I said. He smiles at what I said.

"I love you too, Y/N" he said, reaching over to grab my hand. He lift it closer to his lips to place a soft kiss on the back of my hand. I smile softly at his gesture.

"Oh whoops... sorry, my hand slipped" Kei said, as he 'accidentally' slap Levi's hand from mine. Levi scowl at his action. I turn to give Kei a look as he smile innocently at me. I let out a sigh and shakes my head. I grab Levi's hand this time, making him turn to look at me.

"Don't think too much about it..." I said. He just nod his head. He leans over to place a quick kiss on my cheek. He knows that I would scold him if he tried to kiss my lips when there are others around us. I smile softly at him. I hear Kei clicking his tongue behind me. Oh, dear God... when will this ridiculous quarrel going to end?
