Chapter 27

Aleksandr's POV

"She's potty trained but you still need to make sure she uses the bathroom before bed and before you go out. Lani said to call her if you need anything. Juno takes after her father and will mess with you if given the opportunity. She also doesn't like playing with kids her age so don't be alarmed if you take her to the park."

"Does she have any allergies?" I ask my mother

"She's severely allergic to cats and peaches. She loves petting strays so be on the look out. She will break out into hives and her eyes swell."

"What about peaches?

"Her throat will close up. She has four epi pens with her. She's not a picky eater so you can feed her whatever. She loves to eat too so don't be stingy with her portion size. She doesn't have a sweet tooth but loves salty and sour things so chips or sour candy are always a safe snack for her."

"Is she allergic to dogs?"

"No she's never had a reaction to being around animals besides cats."

"Perfect, now go and rest. Any questions I have I'll call you or her parents." I told her

"Okay Al. I'll be right next door."

I locked the door behind her and turned around to see my fiery headed niece was gone

"Already? JUNO!"

I called out and started searching for her

"This isn't funny Innessa! Come out this instant!" I yelled in a stern tone

After failing to find her downstairs I went upstairs and checked the kids room. She wasn't in there either so I went up to my room. When I opened the door I found her jumping on my bed.

"Juno, you can't run off like that. I almost had a heart attack."

She just laughed and continued jumping on my bed

"Innessa, no jumping on the bed." I scolded her

I walked closer to the bed to grab her which she saw as an opportunity to pounce on me.

"You shouldn't do that. What if I would've dropped you." I scolded her for catapulting herself onto me

"Can you talk?" I asked her and she just stared at me

"I could've sworn Yuri said you could talk."

Again I was met with silence

"Well I have lots of errands to run today. Do you want to come with me?" I asked and she nodded

"Okay so I'm going to use the bathroom and get dressed. Can you be good little monster and not move from this spot?" I asked while sitting her on my bed

"I'll take that as a yes."

I closed my door just to be safe and put on dinosaur train for her

I grabbed clothes from my closet then walked to the bathroom. I jumped when I saw big green eyes staring at me from my shower

"Juno! I told you to wait on the bed. Why are you in here?"

She just stared at me

"I have to use the bathroom and you can't see that so you have to wait on my bed."

Instead of leaving she turned around and covered her ears with her hands then proceeded to hum

"Juno, I'm not using the bathroom with you in here." She of course didn't hear me so I picked her up and placed her back on my bed before running into the bathroom
