Elle
It's been three weeks since the event had happened and Amethyst died. I don't know what to feel, I can't say that she deserves it. All she did was indeed wrong and considered as a sin but she'll not be like that had she feel loved by her parents and by the man she loves. We both loved the same man but the difference is I chose to gave way and let Gabrielle be happy but Amethyst chose the wrong path and be bad because of Love.
Nandito ako ngayon sa isang Restaurant para makipagkita kay Michael. Yes, sa tinagal tagal ngayon ko lang ulit siya makikita. A lot has changed but my friendship with him will always remain.
"Elle." I heard someone whispered behind me and it was Michael. When I stood up and turned to him, he immediately ran towards me and gave me a hug.
"Kamusta ka na, what happened to you?" Michael said when he finally let go of me.
"Mahabang kuwento, Kie." Wika ko sakaniya at saka kami na upo para makapag-usap ng maayos.
Napayuko si Kie at mukhang malungkot siya. "May problema ba?" Nagtatakang tanong ko sakaniya kaya napatingin siya sa'kin.
"Daya niyo naman ni Madi eh. Hindi niyo man ako inform edi sana meron kayong kasa-kasama sa states. I was also there! You should've called me." Reklamo pa niya sa'kin. I know Madi already told him everything.
"You can visit us there, malapit na rin naman akong bumalik do'n." I told Michael and he raised his eyebrows on what I said.
"Kala ko ba, babalikan mo na si Gabrielle?"
"You promised him, right?" Michael curiously asked looks like he is concern with Gabrielle's feelings.
"I'm still hesitant Kie. We both need space and to reflect on our life decisions. Getting back together isn't a very good option for the both of us.. at least at this moment." I explained to Michael. I know of all people, he'll understand me pero nagulat ako nung napataas 'yung kilay niya na para bang di niya nagustuhan ang sinabi ko.
"But, Gabrielle proved himself to you, didn't he?" Tanong niya so I took a deep sigh.
"Teka nga, why are trying to defend him? Ako 'yung best friend mo ah?!" I jokingly told but to my surprised I saw Gabrielle walking towards us. Aba, teka! Anong nangyayari?
"Not anymore." Wika ni Gabrielle tapos ay inakbayan siya ni MIchael tapos ay tinawanan lang nila ako.
"Ah, gano'n so kayo na 'yung mag BFF?" I said sarcastically to the both of them.
"Umalis kasi kayo ni Madi eh, di niyo ko sinama! Buti pa si Gabrielle sinasamahan ako sa inuman!" Pabirong wika ni Michael sa'kin. Tapos si Gabrielle naman ay naupo sa tabi ko.
I am glad that Madi didn't told Michael yet about my babies kung hindi baka na spill na niya kay Gabrielle yo'n! Umuwi sa pinas si Madi kasama 'yung kambal kasi namimiss ko na sila at mukhang 'di rin mapakali ang mga anak kong wala akong sa tabi nila pero bukas naman ay lilipad na ulit kami pa ibang bansa, nakipagkita lang talaga ko kina Kie at Gabrielle para magpaalam.
I took a deep sigh and turned to Gabrielle. "How's your Mom?" Tanong ko sakaniya.
Magaling na si Tita Melissa mula sa cancer niya pero nagyi-yearly check-up pa din siya para mabantayan kung babalik 'yung health niya.
"She's fine and she wants to see again." Gabrielle said then I turned to Michael na naka-poker face lang.
"Should I go and leave you guys alone?" He said and frowned as if he was cringing on what he seeing in front of him because Gabrielle is trying to flirt with me!
"Hoy, Gabrielle! I won't back down! Umayos ka ah! Huwag mo na ulit sasaktan si Elle kundi babalik ako at kukunin ko siya sa'yo." Pabirong banta ni Kie kay Gabrielle kaya binato siya nito ng tissue.
"You can't, weird." I heard Gabrielle commented.
"Cringe." I heard Michael said when he stood up and I can still hear him murmuring after he left but he step back and turned to us again.
"Elle, punta ka sa graduation ko ah." He said so I nodded. I'm happy for Kie, finally he finished his degree. Medyo nalungkot lang ako danil hindi kami sabay pero ayos lang yo'n puwede naman siguro akong magsimula ulit. Sa ngayon, ang mahalaga sa'kin eh 'yung matutukan ko ang kambal.
I turned to Gabrielle who is silently looking at me. Ilang minuto din pala akong tulala sa harap niya lumipat kasi siya sa kinauupuan ni Kie kanina. "Now I know why he's your BESTFRIEND but I don't know why did you not fall for him." I heard Gabrielle commented then he softly laugh.
"Gabrielle if you are here to~." I was about to talk about our divorce but he stop me.
"I'm not here to force you with anything. I just wanna see you and wanna let you know that whatever your decision will be, I will accept that. If you want a divorce, I will give it to you. I will do whatever makes you happy."
"Mahal kita, Elle. Pero kung ang kalayaan mo ang magpapasaya sa'yo handa akong ibigay yo'n sa'yo. Handa akong palayain ka." He said and held my hands. I can feel the sincerity in his tone.
"Oh, huwag kang umiyak! Hindi ibig sabihin no'n na susuko na ko noh?! Kung kina-kailangan natin bumalik sa umpisa gagawin ko, liligawan kita ulit kahit si Kie pa ang karibal ko!" Pabirong wika niya nung makita niya malapit nang tumulo ang mga luha ko kaya parehas kaming natawa sa sinabi niya.
"Seryoso ako, Elle sa lahat ng sinabi ko. Sabihin mo lang kung ano ang gusto mo at susundin ko yo'n." He lean forward and whispered to me.
"I want space and new beginning, Gabrielle." I softly whispered to him then he handed me a folder containing a divorce papers already signed by him.
I then placed my wedding ring on the table while I said that to Gabrielle. I can see tears running through his eyes.
"Take this." He said after giving me the folder then he stood up and slowly walk away from me.
I was left stunned by what he said and what he gave me but I immediately stood up to stop and chase Gabrielle.
"Meet me at the airport later this evening, 6pm." I screamed at him. Gabrielle look back smiling at me and then he gave me a salute before he completely left. My tears are slowly falling as I watch Gabrielle slowly walking away from me. It's hard and sad but I know this is for our own good.
My heart is filled with happiness and joy seeing that everything is slowly falling into their rightful places. "Ma...ma." I heard two cute loudly voices called and when I looked behind me I saw Gianna and Dahlia na bitbit bitbit ni Madison na mukhang pagod na dahil sa bigat nung dalawa.
"Oh, my babies."
"Ang bigat bigat na ng mga anak mo! Laki laki na gusto pa magpabuhat." Reklamo ni Madison pagkababa niya sa kambal. Well, hindi naman siya makakatanggi sa ka-kyutan nung mga 'to noh.
Aside from Michael, I'm really grateful to have Madison by my side. She sacrificed many things just to help me take care of my baby girls and I am beyond grateful for that.
