Jail Break

(Steven is abruptly woken up in a cell by someone singing and slowly sits up. He feels his face, finding he has a bruised eye now, and starts looking around.)

Steven: Amethyst? Pearl?

(Steven then recalls Garnet being poofed into two gems.)

Steven: *gasps* Garnet! Where are they?

(Steven tries running out of the cell, but is stopped by a yellow force field in front of him.)

Steven: Woah...

(Steven then hears you groaning in a cell next to his)

Y/N: (Groans)

Steven: Y/N!!

(You wake up)

Y/N: (Tiredly) Steven?

(Your eyes widen)

Y/N: Steven, You're okay!!!

(Angry screaming is then heard, startling Steven a bit. He then tries sticking his finger in the force field, and yellow currents starts running across his arm.)

Steven: Eww... *chuckles* Cool!

(Steven pushes himself through the force field, yellow currents running all around his body, and passes through unscathed.)

Steven: *shivers the currents away* I'm out. Woohoo! Okay, where is everybody? 

Y/N: Don't know

(You then look at Steven's black eye)

Y/N: Geez Dude, Nasty shiner you got there, Wait, If you got out of your cell, maybe you could help me out?

Steven: No Problem

(Steven sticks his hand through the yellow currents of your cell and then his other hand and stretches it open)

Steven: Hurry

Y/N: Got it

(You step out of your cell)

Y/N: Come on, Let's find the others and get out of here

(Steven nods his head, You and him make a mad dash through the hallway of the ship)

Steven: Gotta find 'em. Gotta find 'em. Gotta find— 

(You stop and see a small gem crying in a cell)

Y/N: Steven, Look

(Steven looks at the strange gem)

Steven: Uh... hello? Are... you okay?

(The Gem gets startled and pants heavily. She then bangs on the cell wall in frustration, causing You and Steven to lose your footing.)

Gem: Great! This is just perfect!

Y/N: You need A hand?

Gem: No! I mean— Don't look at me! Just... go away. *turns away and curls up*

(Steven begins to walk away until The Gem quickly stops him.)

Gem: Hey, wait! You two are out! How did you get past the field?

Steven: Oh, I just kinda— *reaches towards the force field*

Gem: Wait! No-no-no-no-no, wait!

(Steven's hand passes through the force field.)

Gem: It's... okay? *touches the force field and her hand gets deformed, forcing her to quickly retracts in pain* Ah! Nugh! *gets suspicious* What's going on?

(The singing is heard again, and Steven and the red Gem start looking around.)

Y/N: Hey, Someone's singing...
