The night was clear, the full moon hanging high in the sky, casting its silvery glow over everything. Diego lay on the edge of the cold lake as his half body was in the water. The water reflects the shimmering light of the full moon.
Usually, the cold lake gave him some serenity, during every full moon night, forcing him to spend the whole night in the cold lake serval times.
The night air was crisp, and he could feel the change within him, a stirring of wildness that always accompanied the moon night. His body tensed as the moon's radiance washed over him, casting an eerie glow on the surroundings.
As the moon reached its peak, Diego's senses heightened. He felt an almost primal urge, an untamed energy coursing through his veins. The water felt colder against his skin, awakening an exhilarating sensation.
His muscles tensed, yearning for movement and freedom. Under the moon's enchanting light, Diego's thoughts blurred, replaced by instinct and raw desire. The temptation to give in, to unleash the untamed spirit within him, grew stronger.
With every passing second, the human side of him weakened, giving way to the beastly instincts that lay beneath within. Conflicting emotions surged within Diego, battling against the overwhelming presence of the moon that seemed to awaken dormant instincts within him, urging him towards wild, untamed behaviour.
His heart pounded in his chest, torn between the magnetic pull drawing him closer to Myra and the fear of endangering her life. He grappled with his inner beast, Xendar, in a constant struggle for dominance between human consciousness and primal urges.
"No, I can't," Diego murmured, his voice barely audible amidst the tumult in his mind. The warning echoed within him, a reminder of the danger his unrestrained desires could pose to Myra.
Yet the relentless effect of the full moon held him in its grip, urging him to abandon reason and succumb to the primal instincts coursing through his veins.
Stumbling through the dense woods, Diego fought an internal battle, each step a struggle against the relentless pull of the moon's influence. The night enveloped him as he navigated through the shadows, his path guided by an instinctual force that seemed to have a will of its own.
His steps showed his internal struggle—heavy and laboured as he tried to resist the urge to give in to the wildness that threatened to consume him. The sound of his ragged breaths filled the stillness of the night as he walked forward.
With each passing moment, the battle between man and beast raged on, the outcome hanging dangerously in the balance as the full moon cast its haunting glow over the forest. Diego struggled to resist the seductive call of the wild.
But the primal instincts coursing through his veins were growing stronger by the second, threatening to overwhelm him completely. Stopping near a tree, he breathed heavily as the urge to let go and embrace his animalistic side consumed him.
His eyes glowed a fiery golden as his claws started to come out of his nails. His body began to convulse uncontrollably, aching for release. His bones were breaking, and his body size was increasing rapidly.
And soon, there stood a 10-foot wild lion beast, more dangerous than anything in this wood ever. His claws scratched the tree as his golden orbs were fixed on the direction in which he desired to go right now.
His Palace...
Myra's eyes were filled with shock as she looked at the scene in front of her with wide eyes. The scene in front of him reminds her of the first time Myra had seen Diego change into his beastly form. The meeting which was the start of their relationship.
