Chapter 6: Two pairs of green eyes

I walked in the office with a couple of Starbucks coffees, it's been a few time since the last time I bought it. I went to Kate's office to give it her, she was fixing her hair and putting on some makeup.

"What are you doing?" I asked while I put the cup in front of her.

"Well, let's just say that one of the men that are coming to the meeting today It's kinda hot" She said without looking at me, since she was putting on some lipstick, this woman

"I see Did you make out with him the other night or what?" She stopped and looked at me unimpressed and then continued her task.

"No, we didn't. But I spent most of the night with him and he was very nice, I feel that he Will be very Good for us."

"What's his name?"

"Pedro, he is from London" I frowned.

"His father is from Chile"

"Now it makes sense, when are they arriving?" I asked, it was almost 9:00, and if they arrived now they would find a not organized meeting room, at all.

"They should be here at 9:30, so we have time to prepare everything. I'm done here, lets go. And thank you for the coffee, by the way" She winked at me and left the office.

There Will be three men coming, I don't know their names though. One of them is a partner from Elizabeth Arden, from whom I buy the products I use. And no... Scarlett doesn't know that, is it kinda rude that I don't use her products? I mean I've tried a couple, but, I don't know, I'm Good with Elizabeth Arden. Anyways, the other two work at Microsoft, and, the partner from Elizabeth Arden also have som kind of bussiness with them, not sure what, I think he just puts money and that's it.

We started putting a few glasses of wáter in front of each chair and removed all the papers we left on it.

"Pedro was very interested in what you do, by the way" She said casually.

"Oh really? Why is that?"

"Well, apart from the fact that Data Sciencie and Artificial Intelligence is in every fucking thing we read everyday" I chuckled, is true though.

"I think that he got more interested when he saw you talking with Scarlett. From what he told me, she has Good vision for bussiness and these things, or something like that. So, first advantage we had by working with her, yay!" I nodded, so this guy knows Scarlett, maybe I'll ask her the next day I see her.

"That's Good news. So he knows Scarlett then?"

"Yeah, he met her in another event like the one we attended the other day and talked a bit about all of this, but that's it"

"Interesting. He'll ask about her I guess. Is he the one that Works with Elizabeth Arden?" I asked, taking the last couple of papers from the table. Everything looked cleaned and organized, we should try to keep it like this always But we both know it won't happen.

"Yes, he is" She said. smiling, am I feeling a crush here?

I threw our empty cups of coffee and the three men appeared in the elevator. All of them with dark blue suits, each one with a tie of a different colour. One of them got ahead of the others and shook hands with Kate, that must be Pedro.

"Hello, Miss Santos. I'm Torres, Pedro Torres" He introduced himself, and yes, he is very handsome.

"It's a pleasure to meet you". The other two, Thomas and Thedore introduced themselves right after. Lets the meeting begin.

After a few hours there, it was almost 13:00 when we finished. We spent there more than three hours but it didn't feel like it. They are all very nice and offered us very interesting things. The two of Microsft Will probably stay here with us for some time, actually. They all stood up and went to the elevator, except from Pedro.
