24~ Mayuri is Suspicious

Mayuri's POV

I entered the old chamber. Some of the dust flew and I coughed badly.

The chamber is very old as it doesn't got cleaned from years. This was the chamber in which I got yesterday. I sighed and walked slowly so that my foot don't get pierced again. It was already dark in the chamber and because of it I can't see clearly.

I got near the big window and opened up the old curtains. As it was afternoon the room brightened and I can see clearly now. The chamber was very dusty. How will I clean it alone?

'Mayuri you have to do it, you can!'

I removed my veil and jewelleries so that I can work easily.

"Mayuri...I-I brought all the things which you told" I looked at Sudha who was carrying a big bundle in her hand. She threw it on the floor and fell on the bundle taking deep breaths.

"Good, now do one more thing" I said.

"Noooooooo, I'm too tired Mayuriii!" She cried. I laughed a little and got near her.

"Oh c'mon old lady" I laughed and she glared at me.

"Ouch!" She pulled one of my leg and I fell down.

"Ahhh...my back!" She laughed and I looked at her in anger.

"You...!" I twisted her arm tightly.

"Mayuriiii, leave me pleaseeee!" I chuckled darkly.

"Will you do it again?" I asked her.

"Nooo, noo please!" She said. I left her arm and stood up.

"Good. Don't even think of messing up with me again" I smirked and walked away proudly.

"Urghhhh!" Suddenly I slipped on the floor and fell down very hard.

"Hahahahahaha" Sudha laughed from behind. I scrunched my eyebrows in pain and sudha came near me.

"Oh my dear Mayuri, Are you okay?" She asked with a fake pity face.

I glared at her and tried to stand up but fall miserably. I cried in pain.

"Ahhmm" Sudha got really tensed seeing me like this and came near me.

"Mayuriiii...I'm so sorry, I didn't meant to...Are you okay?" She helped me in standing up and we walked towards the dirty couch. She made me sit on it.

"Where it is paining, huh?" She started touching me on my arms, legs and back to know where it was paining.

"Ahhh, foo- foot, my leg!" I cried and she looked at me with her teary eyes.

"Wait- I'll massage it" She said and started massaging my leg. Oh! It is such a relief! My goodness.

After a good 15 minutes...

"Mayuri, are you okay now?" She asked and I looked at her.

"Yes, I'm perfectly fine. " I said and stood up. She looked at me shockingly and I moved towards the bundle.

"But your leg was hurt naa?" She asked.

"Oh that...Uhhh my leg!" I said and touched my leg.

"You...I'm goona kill you today!" She said and I laughed hardly.

"Oh Sudha! You are such a fool! Hahaha" I teased her.

"You..." She was about to touch me but I stopped her by my hand.

"Sudha help me naa, It will take a lot of time to make his mother's chamber like old & beautiful one" I said with a cute pout, showing my puppy eyes.
