The Final Chapter

Mayuri' POV

I got ready for the crowning ceremony in a royal heavy mahroon lehenga which has some beautiful designs all over it. I also wore pure golden jewellery to make my look complete and tied a neat bun of my long voluminous hairs.

"Oh my Queen!" I looked behind and smiled hugely.

Isha...

"You look really beautiful" I smiled and nodded.

"And where are my beautiful children" She moved towards the crib where both the babies were laying.

"They aren't ready yet?" She looked at me.

"No Isha. Prince and I decided to not reveal about them soon. It's already very dangerous around there." She nodded and smiled.

"Isha..." I hugged her.

"What happened Mayuri?" she asked and patted my back.

"I'm sorry for not being able to attend the wedding" I said and broke the hug. She shook her head.

"It's okay" she muttered.

"I hope Prince Ridhan is taking good care of you" I said.

"Hmm" She just hummed. There was no smile on her face. I was about to speak.

"Leave it naa..." She said. I nodded as she was not looking comfortable.

"Where is Nayan? Isha." I asked and she looked at me with expressionless face.

"I don't know" She replied and picked up the baby in her arms. The baby yawned and Isha giggled looking at her.

"She is always on sleeping mode" she said and smiled looking at her. But I was not feeling good, so I asked it again.

"Isha please tell me" I asked and held her arm. Her smile vanished. She placed the baby in crib.

"I have a very important work to do, I should go now" She said and was about to go but I held her arm again.

"Tell me now" I asked.

"Mayuri..."

"I want to know" I said in serious tone.

"She...she is with The Nawab's" I looked at her with confusion.

"Yes, When the war happened, there were several more empires hand at the loss of Bahadurgarh. One of the hand was Mughal's also, So as the war was won by Jaipur  in consideration the Mughal's Prince asked for Nayan and... he has taken her away with him..." Isha muttered, few tears left from her eyes and same as mine.

"We have lost her Mayuri!" Isha exclaimed in sorrow. I closed my eyes tightly, trying hard to not cry.

Suddenly, We heard a knock on the door. We both wiped our tears.

"Good Morning Princess, Oh! Sorry, The Queen" Dharvi said with a huge smile. 

"How are the babies?" She asked and moved towards the crib.

"One is sleepy as always and other is energetic one, kicking his legs in the air" Isha said and giggled. I too smiled at her statement.

"Princess, Why aren't you ready yet?" I asked Dhairvi.

"Umm...I will take care of both of the babies, They shouldn't be left alone" At first she looked awkward at answering the question but somehow managed to.

"Are you sure this is the ONLY reason you are here?" Isha smiled but this smile is not a normal one!

"Yeah- yeah" Dhairvi smiled awkwardly.
