"Okay so here's different colors of cardboard, glue, stickers, pencils and two pairs of scissors," Changbin said and placed all aforementioned items on the kitchen table.

"Oh, we're making Christmas cards!" I exclaimed. I loved arts and crafts, which my boyfriend knew, hence suggesting this activity for our date night.

"Yes, we are." He smiled sweetly. "I just feel like I've forgotten something important."

I tried to help him figure out what could be missing. Well Christmas music naturally, but maybe something directly related to the cards.

"Maybe you could look for an old piece of garland? We could cut parts of that and use it on the cards?" I suggested.

Binnie nodded. "You're always full of great ideas!" He gave me a quick kiss, before venturing off to search for more art supplies.

In the meantime, I fetched a loudspeaker and opened Spotify on my phone. I knew right away what I was looking for.

"Christmas EveL" and on a loop.

Binnie arrived with a golden garland just in time. The song began playing and he groaned loudly.

"Babeeee..." he complained with an adorable frown.

I walked over to him and put my arms around him. "You know I love this song." My voice was teasing.

"Yes yes, and you know I love you, which is why I always let you choose the playlist."

I chuckled. "Just remember that you love me when you hear the rest of this "playlist"."

He pulled away from the hug with a perplexed look on his face. After looking at my expression, understanding made his eyes widen.

"Oh no you didn't," he sounded like he was trying to hold laughter. "Please tell me you're planning on playing other songs too!"

I shook my head. He groaned again.

"You love me!" I decided to distract him with a kiss. Our lips touched, gently at first but with accelerating intensity. His strong arms went around me, and he pulled me closer. My hands went to his hair. I tugged it gently.

After what felt like an eternity, but still not near long enough, we pulled apart. His hair was a mess, my cheeks were flushed, and both our lips were slightly swollen.

"Okay let's get to work now." Binnie said. "We can get back to playing later."

I liked the sound of that.

We cut up cards and decorated them. At some point we had a competition about which one of us could finish one card quicker. I won, obviously. To be fair I cheated a bit, since I kept on hiding the glue, but it still counted as a win.

"Now I know what we need!" Binnie stood up. "I bought these bottles of green and red glitter. I'll go fetch them really quick."

I looked at his back as he walked away. I adored his wide shoulders and muscular arms. The work he put into his body was clearly visible, and I really admired the effort he put in at the gym. I was pretty sure that I won the "having the hottest boyfriend"-competition with ease.

He came back with two small sparkly bottles in his hands. His expression was of pure joy, just like a kid's. He walked over to the table and held the bottles for me to see.

"They're perfect!" He acknowledged.

"You're perfect." I countered and winked.

He blushed and my heart instantly melted. Binnie shook his head in embarrassment and shook the bottles as well.

Green and red glitter flew everywhere.

It looked very pretty, when the glitter flew in the air, covering the table, floor, our clothes and his hair.

"Oh no!" He exclaimed. "This will take forever to clean!"

I got up and walked over to him. I just nodded and tried to offer him an apologetic smile. I reached for his hair and tried to ruffle the sparkles away from it. My attempt wasn't successful.

Binnie loves it when I play with his hair, and in an instant the whole mess was forgotten. He kissed me deeply and our surroundings quit mattering.

We didn't end up finishing our arts and crafts session, but it bothered neither of us.
