One week later.

Diagon Alley was a confusing place. So many shops lined both sides of the streets,  cramped into one another. So many unfamiliar names on top of them. I had a list of things i still needed , that Elijah missed and Amelia said i could find them here. I wish she was here to guide me through, but no . Her mother insisted she attended some event outside London and she could not come. Hence why i am currently standing in front of a broom shop glaring at the  paper of things i need.
- Miss maybe we can ask people where we can find them? The blond haired guard behind me said. His name was Adenis i learned . He was 27 and Elijah recruited him a few years ago. He was good , but so polite. The brown haired one was called Kyle 23. He was funny and a lot less formal laid back , but his movements told me he is just as skilled.
- Stop caling me that. My name is Carnage and since you have been granted the heavy burden of guarding me , i figure we should use first names. I am not Elijah.
- Okay Miss Abrasax. He replied making me roll my eyes.
- He has a point though. Kyle said.
-Excuse me maam do you happen to know.. he didn't get to finish , because the woman he stepped forward before turning her back and speeding down the streets.
- So skitish this wizards. Apologies. He said looking back at me with a frown that made me laugh.
- Yeah they are. The fact that you are both looming and walking behind me ,all strict ,barreling through the crowds , like we have some mission to attend to, is not helping either. I mused sarcastically,  cause it was true . Be a lot more easier to blend in without them. Elijah needed to give me space if he send me here.
- Just doing our job Miss . Elijah's orders. Adenis replied with a smile.
- Okay i am perfectly well here. Thank you for escorting me you can go. I said and watched them both nod at me this time. It was an improvement!!
- Call us if you need anything . Kyle said and threw me a wink i choose to ignore. Cheeky that one.
Once alone i took a deep breath calming my nerves and picked a random thing on the list.

Olivander's shop- wand.
I didn't even understand why i must have one. I can cast spells perfectly well without it . I don't actually need an instrument to channel my magic. But apparently since i am in this world i gotta play by their rules . Look normal and all that , even though i know and they know , i am not. What nonsense, but a wand it is. I mumbled and started walking.
Thankfully this shop had a pretty distinct glass display of wands drawing my attention, unlike the others. It was old i could tell , but no people inside which I thought was weird. Pushing the door I walked in and suddenly had to cover my ears when a bel rang above my head. My hand shot out on instinct grabbing it to stop the insistent noise. Why put such a thing here? Wizards are so weird.
- Welcome Miss Abrasax i have been waiting a long time for you to come to my shop. An elderly man said catching me in pure shock. He had white hair the seemed to stick in all sorts of directions and glasses on his nose. He looked like this place , old and weird.
- How do you know my name? I asked as suspicions and paranoia rose to me.
- It's the gift of my trade Miss , i know every young wizard and their wands. You however are very late. Non the matter. He rushed out quickly spinning around.
- Well apologies i am here now. I said stepping forward and scanning the numerous display of boxes behind him. It looked like an endless hallway.
- Ah yes ,yes. He almost yelled out and rushed backwards with energy. For a moment he went that far back he was out of my sight, but he appeared back in the distance with a box and mumbling something.
It was a strange box . Black and made out of stone with sharp corners. He placed it on the counter in front and looked at me expectantly. Curiosity rushed through me and i reached for it. I felt the magic as soon as my hand was near. Cold and familiar.
Upon opening it i was caught staring. It was entirely black wand with a dragon like body coiled around it's entire expanse. The head of the dragon was at the bottom end of it and i could have sworn it's eyes shined back me for a second. I had the urge to grab it immediately and once i did the familiar cold flooded my veins. Identical to my magic . It felt right and powerful. The room around us suddenly darkened entirely , the lamps swallowed by shadows. It was beautiful this kind of darkness , not dangerous , i have seen enough to know the difference, but the gasp next to me pulled me back to reality , before i can enjoy it. My hand flicked with the wand and the darkness disappeared like it was never there. The man looked at me with shock, but curiosity too.
- How interesting indeed. What phenomenon. I thought maybe .. your wand is special Miss Abrasax. Old very old. It has been here before i was. Never collected. It's contains blood as a core instead of traditional ingredients ,such as unicorn hair or dragon string. Powerful but hard to master, violent in its magic. You should advise caution. It will take a while to adjust. The man recited staring at me. Non if it made sense, but i catalogued it to memory. Questions for another day.
- Thank you Mr. Olivander. I said and put it away before placing galeons on the counter and walking away.
- Abrasax Abrasax he kept muttering behind my back ,but by the time i turned he was walking away towards the endless stacks of boxes. Like i said wizards are weird.
