I tapped my legs while sitting in the cafe. There was not a single soul around. It was situated a little out of the city. It took me around 1 and a half hours to get here. Why? Because I didn't want to get spotted. I booked the whole cafe and paid huge bucks to the owner so the staff would comprise of just one or at most two people. I even asked them not to bring mobiles and told them that I would sue them if I found any pictures of me anywhere on social media. The owner didn't think twice.

And why would he? He was getting a big amount, and besides, I was going to sit in that little space he had in the name of the cafe. The name suits, though.

Little Things.

Never mind, right now I am occupied with thoughts about paps. What if they still spot me here? I took all precautions. I covered myself well with a round hat and scarf and even brought Ved's car. I even dressed normally in a plain white shirt and blue jeans along with sneakers. The round hat was hiding my bangs, and I curled my hair a little by the end, so they would look different than my usual straight ones. I was going to put on a mask, but it might grab more attention. Wish the fashion of wearing masks would have been adopted by people in post-covid times as well. But it would be hard for them considering they didn't even wear any when covid was still there.

The trail of my thoughts was broken when the door got pushed. The windchimes above it made a soothing sound. Ruhaan Roy entered the cafe while looking dashing. He wore a black long-sleeved T-shirt and the same coloured jeans. I could see a black metallic watch on his right wrist because of the pulled-back sleeves. His hair was well set. He had light stubble. His eyes were dark. I couldn't tell if they were black or brown. But he sure looked gorgeous from that appearance. His eyes met mine, and he took his sweet time to take in whatever he wanted to.

The blue-eyed boy.

Thinking of this formed a faint smile on my lips. He smiled back before walking in my direction. I adjusted in my seat. "Hey," He said in his deep voice, which was gorgeous again.

"Hi," I said as he pulled the chair in front of me and got settled there.

He caught my eyes again while resting his hands on the table in between us. "You look more beautiful in person," He commented.

I smirked. "I have heard that before. It's not enough, though," I said. He chuckled while showing his dimples. I can't keep saying this again and again, but yes, it was beautiful.

"What for?" He asked. I sighed and watched the waiter who arrived.

He looked startled as his gaze kept moving between Ruhaan and me. "A plain latte for me," I said and watched Ruhaan.
