❝That feeling when you don't even know what you are feeling.❞

I was ready into a white knit dress, camel coat, and knee-high boots at sharp 6 in the morning. Bhai and Shaan were already present in the room. We had an outdoor shoot today. We had to visit a few spots, including Sky Garden, Notting Hill, Tower Bridge, and so on.
"Where the heck are they!" I shouted in frustration. Bhai made a face as he watched me while taking his mobile away. "Stay shut. It's just 5 minutes. It is fine. You have shown up 5 hours late, and no one said anything," He said.
I scoffed loudly. "I never showed up 5 hours late. Don't be absurd," I said and watched Shaan, who gave me a disappointed look.
"Shut up, jerk. You don't even show up at your own parties," I said.
"That just happened once, and I had flue," He reacted. I pressed a smile and looked away while Bhai ignored us.
The ride came down 10 minutes late while making me feel irritated. I held my coffee in one hand and purse in another one as I walked out of my hotel room. The chilly wind of the morning distrusted my hair. I gave my head a jerk to keep them in place. But my irritation washed away when Ved walked out of the car wearing a black suit. Damn, why does he keep getting hotter? What the fuck is wrong with me? Why do I keep drooling over him?
No, Ayra. Don't distract your mind. Think of other things. The weather. The weather is too nice.
He walked to me and smiled lightly. "Sorry for being late," He said. I shook my head.
"That's nothing. 10 minutes won't count," I said stupidly.
I could feel stares of my dear brothers on me. I didn't dare to look at them. "Someone was making a scene," Shaan mumbled.
I gave him an irritated look. "Exactly. Bhai doesn't know anything. I have shown up 5 hours late. This one definitely doesn't count. It is fine," I said. Bhai gave me a hopeless look.
Ved chuckled and stuffed his hands into pocket of his pants. I don't know from where Ryan came from, but the next moment, he was standing beside Ved.
He had foreign looks. His eyes were light grey. His hair was curly as they were grown a bit. He had a well-built body. He wore a formal shirt and pants along with a loose tie. The sleeves of his shirt were folded up while showing his forearms and thus displaying a dragon tattoo on it. He smiled at me, which I ignored.
"Alright, should we?" Bhai asked.
"I'll go with Ved," I said. Bhai and Shaan exchanged a known look but nodded at me before walking to the car we rented.
"Let's go," Ved said. I followed him and his stepbrother to their car. Ryan took his seat in front. I settled in the backseat while Ved took steering.
"We changed shooting location. Would just focus on one," Ved said. I gave nod. "Sounds better," I said.
