The streets were quiet, save for the few cars driving along.
The sky was tinted orange and red, while in a back alley, out of sight of everyone...
*Crack*
*Schlop*
A large black ooze appeared, almost as if it were inking itself into the air. Stepping out from this ooze was an infamous group of villains, several of them in casual disguises as the ooze disappeared behind them...
"*cough* Ugh, you guys weren't kidding. This shit stinks!"
"Yeah... I miss Kurogiri. His teleportation didn't taste and smell like an ass while making you choke."
Shigaraki coughed and did what he could to not react to the awful portal ooze as he addressed the group.
"Be grateful we still have portals at all...-"
He then looked around the alley.
"-Seems the doctor was right. That Nomu he just finished managed to transport us just as Sensei did once."
Dabi spoke before looking around as well. "Shame it can't fight or transport itself... Are we sure we're in the right place?"
Mr. Compress was one step ahead as he pulled out a burner phone with his new prosthetic arm to check the GPS.
"It says we're in Okinawa, alright."
The villain boss nodded. "Good... Alright, just so we're all clear on the plan, we don't know exactly where Ryukyu is, but we know she's around."
Toga pouted. "And nobody thanked me for that yet."
Shigaraki slightly rolled his eyes. "Yes, good job..."
She grinned madly, like an eager child doing a show and tell. "Yeah! I saw that car driving out of Ryukyu's agency and noticed it was heading for the airport. It took me a while to catch up, and I thought I had lost her, but then I saw that Eri-girl was sitting next to a very disguised someone."
"I should've asked this earlier, but you're sure you weren't spotted?"
"Well yeah, I was disguised... but~ there were these moments when she suddenly looked around like she knew someone was watching her? It was weird, but I'm sure I bolted before she saw me. At least I saw what plane she was getting on."
Dabi raised an eyebrow. "Knew someone was watching? How could that be? That's not what her Quirk is supposed to do."
At this moment, Hydris mumbled to herself with a twisted grin, glinting razor-sharp teeth. "So, we're more alike than I realised..."
Shigaraki continued. "It doesn't matter. We'll figure that out once we locate her... Anyway, as I was saying, we spread out to find Ryukyu. When one of us finds her, that person signals the rest of us.-"
