When Yibo reached the house, he saw the shoes at the entrance. He knew that his sister would have been back from her job by now.

He was extremely careful as he walked further inside the house and peeked inside his sister's room. Thankfully, she was sleeping on her bed. Yibo went inside the room and could sense a faint smell of alcohol from her sister. He sighed as he covered her with a blanket before he walked out of the room and sighed with relief.

He was glad that Yuki was not awake right now, as he didn't really have the energy to deal with her. Seeing that she was asleep, he quietly walked towards his room and got to work. After his assignments and the rest of the work were done, he came back downstairs to make something to eat for the two of them.

As he cooked, he heard the door of his sister's room slightly open as she stumbled out of the room. Her hair was disheveled as she walked towards the dining table and sat on the chair. Yibo gave her a glass of water and some medicine for headaches before he quickly served the food to her as well before he sat before her and said, "How do you feel?"

"I am alright." She said this as she gave Yibo a small smile, and Yibo forced a smile back. How can she be okay after doing a job like that? But Yibo didn't say anything about that; he just focused on his food and had some small talk with his sister. After they were done eating, his sister asked, "How is your college?"

"It's good; I'll graduate soon, anyway. Then I will get a job; you don't have to work, then I will take care of you."

Yuki just gave her little brother a smile as she quietly ate her food. "Just focus on your studies and get out of this shitty place."

Yibo nodded. "Understood."

Looking at his sister's condition, Yibo thought of getting a job so that he could be of some help to her as well, but his sister always said no to that as she wanted him to always focus on his studies and pass with high scores.

The next day came soon as well, another day to be dreaded, as he walked to his class. So far, everything seemed to be alright, and he had not yet encountered those people.

He peacefully sat down on his seat and sighed with relief. After that, he took out his assignment and was going through it, however, suddenly someone grabbed his assignment from his hand, and when he looked at who it was, he came face-to-face with Zhan, who was looking at his work too, and said, "What ugly handwriting."

"Zhan, give it back." Yibo said as he jumped towards Zhan and tried to get his papers back, but Zhan was faster as he moved back and said, "I am just taking a look at it, why are you making such a fuss about it, huh?"

Yibo was getting anxious; he had worked on his assignment as he said, "Just give it back to me! You should look at your own work! Don't mess with my things!" He said, and Zhan glared at him, "Why do you overreact so much? You just spoiled my mood."

Zhan said before he grabbed the assignment from the middle and tore it into two pieces before throwing it back at Yibo, "Your handwriting was ugly, so the professor wouldn't have liked it anyway."

Yibo stared at the two pieces and then glared at Zhan, "You!"

"What are you angry about?" Zhan laughed. "But there is nothing you can do anyway? Are you going to complain to the teacher or what?"

Yibo clenched his fists as he bit his lips and picked up what was left of his assignment at the same time his minions walked in, and Yibo knew it was going to get worse.

"What are you doing, darling?" Yibo felt disgusted as he heard that sickeningly sweet voice. That voice belonged to Martha, Zhan's so-called side chick, anyone could see that Zhan was not interested in the woman, but this idiot didn't get the hint, and since Zhan didn't say anything to her, she kept on clinging to him, hoping that one day he would return her feelings.

Another thing about this woman was she was cruel, she was evil, she was worse than anyone in the group because she was obsessed with impressing Zhan which meant she would do anything to make him satisfied. And since she knew that Zhan hated Yibo, she loved to target him.

Zhan suddenly had an idea and said, "I know that most of you have not completed your assignments yet, but don't worry, dear friend Yibo has a big heart and he can complete them for you guys."

Martha was the first one to chime in, "Oh my, thank you so much, Yibo."

The others smirked as well. "Seriously, you are a godsend."

Zhan smiled as he said, "You better get it done soon."
