Here we are, at the end of Act 2 and the beginning of Act 3, which will mostly be about Aegon and Alyssa's family. Viserys's health will now begin to slowly decline over time. That is, he was healthy throughout Act 1 and 2.

In Act Three, there will be a two-year time jump. So Aegon and Alyssa will have another son named Prince Rhaegar who is just two months old at the beginning of Act Three.
