Alyssa opened the window so that the sunlight could enter the dark room where her hungover husband lay in bed with his head buried in the pillows. Apparently, Daeron had taken him out to a tavern the night before and they had been drinking to celebrate the news of another child in the family, but as she could see, it went too far and all of a sudden he had stumbled into their chamber in the middle of the night without waking Rhaegar. in a most strange way.

Alyssa was leaning against the open window, enjoying the early spring air as she enjoyed a cup of cold water that by the way was certainly underrated in her opinion.

Aegon's groan drew her attention away to the fine day and drew it to him. She took another cup and filled it with water before going to his side and sitting down on the edge of the bed next to him. He turned around with a frown and eyes so tightly closed that they too wrinkled as he turned from his stomach to his back.

"Good morrow, Aegon," she greeted, pulling his silver hair away from his eyes so he could see something, even if he apparently couldn't open them. "Good morrow my darling." He responded and tried to raise the corners of his mouth to a small smile as he heard her voice. "I can see your radiant eyes even though the mine are closed."

His voice sounded croaky when he spoke, they must have screamed a lot, she thought. "How are you my love?"

"I feel like shit, remind me to never go out with Daeron again." His tone raised a little when he said it, but it just made him laugh. Aegon was one of those people who drank and everyone knew about it, but he hadn't had this much to drink for almost three years now, so she found it amusing how he blamed everything on his younger brother.

"It sounds like you guys had a good time."

She put her hand under his head to lift him, bringing the water cup to his lips without causing more headaches for him. He breathed fast after drinking, as if he lost all the air in his lungs after that. "Thank you," he breathed, trying to grab her hand with his eyes closed.

She raised his hand to her mouth and kissed it "Your welcome".

"You don't seem mad at me anyway, that's good." He said, making a sound that sounded like a laugh.

"Why should I be angry with you?" she ran her thumb over his hand in a loving manner and waited for the answer. "I know you don't like it when I drink."

After that she couldn't help but smile, her hand caressed his cheek and she leaned forward and kissed him on the forehead "I can probably make an exception, at least this time you didn't do anything stupid. At least I hope that is the case for your own good."

He chuckled at his wife and shook his head before twisting his face, like he was thinking it through "I think I called some fat man a cunt, and I may have gotten into a fight for it. But other than that..." He shook his head again, slowly as his head began to spin "nothing"

She shook her head in amusement, "You're unbelievable" When she said that, she could see his little Smirk.

"He started it, Daeron as my wittness. That man was very rude and accused me of cheting in our game."

"Well did you?"

"Most certainly not"

She raised an eyebrow at him to see if he was actually telling the truth, but he didn't budge so she just had to take his word for it. His hand moved to her belly where the warmth of his palm settled against her belly.

He moved his hand slowly with affection with a familiar smile "How is my daughter?"

"She's well." She answered, putting her hand over his, squeezing it slightly. "But she says her father needs a bath."
