Harry Styles

"Isn't that Aurora's boyfriend?" I heard Zayn ask but I didn't stick around to answer his question. Before I had time to think, my legs were ahead of my mind when I was suddenly standing in front of Jackson himself.

"Shit man, you scared me. What are you doing here?" he turned around shocked, clearly not expecting me to be the one standing behind him and his hookup.

"Just chillin'" I shrug. "What are you up to?" I dared to ask, already knowing the answer to that question. But when I didn't receive an answer and only a glare, I continued to ask, "Don't you wanna introduce me to your friend?"

"She's no one," he says frustrated, cutting the girl off before she could speak. "Look I know this looks weird but-"

I cut him off with a punch from my fist onto his jaw.
"It didn't look weird, dude. It looked like you're a little piece of shit. And I don't fuck with that."

"I'll kill yo-" I cut him off again, but this time with a kick to the ribs as he lays pathetically on the ground.

"What did you say, man? I can't hear you over the loudspeakers."

"You're dead ma-" he groans at the hard hit to his side. "What did you say? Do you want me to punch you harder? Careful what you ask the devil." I spoke in a low rasp. My fist clenched the material of his over-expensive shirt and pulled him up to give him one last punch before I felt the hands of my bandmates pulling me away.

"Harry for fuck sake!"
"Let's just go, man." I could barely hear Niall and Zayn speak simultaneously as the thump of my heart echoed in my heart while being filled with adrenaline.

I let Zayn and Niall pull me away from him. I give Jackson one last glimpse before turning on my heels to head out.

"Don't tell her." I paused. "It's only going to break her heart. You know how fragile Aurora can be." I turned on my heel to walk until my body was merely pressing his.

"You know nothing about her, you hear me? She's strong. She's stronger than you'll ever be." And with that, I gave him one last push before heading toward the bar's exit.

Aurora Winters

Today had been a busy day and I was happy that night had finally come around sooner than later. I finished up with my nightly routine; I let my hair hang loose, I wore my spandex shorts with an oversized jumper paired with my fluffy socks.

"Jesus!" I shouted, my hand resting on my fast-beating heart at the figure that stood only a few steps away from me. I didn't hear him come in. "You scared the crap out of me."

He mumbled a quick apology. It wasn't until then that I saw the broken skin on his fist. Blood was dripping from the knuckles of his broad veiny hand. "Harry! You're bleeding."

I took a quick glance of the rest of him to examine if there were any other wounds, like the time before. But other than the fact his curls were a mess, and his face had this coldness to it, he seemed fine. The silence between us already showed me that he wasn't going to tell me what had happened. That maybe he didn't trust me enough.

"Let's go to the bathroom, I'll take care of the wound." I spoke softly. And to my surprise he followed suit, without any further objection.

"Sit down," I assisted him to the closed toilet lid, crouching down to see what I was working with before rummaging through the cabinets for what I needed.

I couldn't help but think about how little I knew Harry. I mean, sure, I was aware that he was a rich Rockstar, that he enjoyed making fun of other people and that he especially liked to make fun of me. But what was underneath all that glamour? Underneath all that Rockstar façade.
