A week has gone by since the revelation of Mark being my half-brother and him being behind giving the media all that false information. To say Ayesha has been an emotional wreck, would be quite an understatement.

2 days after the incident, and her calming down a bit, she rang up her parents and told them everything that had happened. Uncle -- Ayesha's father -- was beyond shocked to learn all that information about the guy he thought was perfect for his only daughter.

The story was not much different with her mother. She was an emotional wreck, maybe not as much as Ayesha herself, but she is her mother after all. With her insistence, both of Ayesha's parents were on the next available flight to Seoul.

They arrived here the next day. Ever since then, none of us has left her side. Yes, she had her parents, Jackson and I by her side, but there was also another person there, one that no one expected at all, well except me and Hobi.

Seokjin

Just as he promised me all those days ago, he stuck by her side. And somewhere, somehow, she realised that amongst all the familiar people, she did need a stranger to calm her down.

We tried every possible thing to get in touch with Mark and confront him, but all our attempts went down the drain. It was like he disappeared from the face of the earth.

......................................

It's been a month now, yet no updates on Mark. Thankfully, BTS has no planned schedules for the next 3 months due to whatever reasons. We needed them. Ayesha needed Jin & I needed Joon. And somewhere in between all this, Jackson needed Hoseok by his side too.

He was so close to Mark. He looked up at him like an older brother. And to learn all this about someone you considered your brother isn't an easy thing to deal with.

Thankfully, Ayesha got much better. Her parents are still here, living in Ayesha & Jackson's shared apartment with them. She was slowly coming to terms with what her ex-boyfriend had done.

Seokjin has been playing a very big role in her healing process, something I can never be thankful enough to him for. In such a short period of time, he has become such a big part of her life.

After seeing how Jin has been a pillar for Ayesha all this while, I could see that her Dad wanted them to be together more than anything, but was hesitant to voice it out after what happened with Mark and the whole thing of how he thought Mark was the best for his daughter.

When I woke up this morning, I got a call from Appa, telling me that there's somewhere he wants to take Joon and me today. When I asked him where he simply said that he could not tell me.

So here we are, on our way to this mysterious place he's taking us. The drive took us 45 minutes, but we're finally here. In front of us, stood a beautiful house, or call it a mansion instead.

My mind was filled with thousands of questions, ones I didn't know if I wanted to know the answers to or not.

Why are we here?

Who lives in this gorgeous mansion?

Am I meeting Appa's father by any chance?

Or wait! Am I meeting Joon's parents?

My thoughts were broken by Joon taking my hand in his. "You ok, love?" He asked, kissing me on the cheek.

I could only manage a nod before Appa led us to the entrance of the house. He stopped before ringing the bell and turned towards me. "I just want you to know that I love you so much Y/N. You might not be my biological daughter, but I'm so glad to have you in my life." He spoke with a small smile, and before I could ask him why did he say that suddenly, he turned and rang the bell.

Within seconds, the door opened and a beautiful woman in her 50s greeted us with a warm smile. "Come in. Come in." She gestured us towards the living room and made us take our seats.

"I'll be right back." She spoke and was out of our sight in no time. The sound of knocking on a door could be faintly heard from where we are seated, followed by 2 voices.

"Honey, they're here, along with Bang." Spoke the woman, which was followed by the voice of a man, a voice I could never forget, not even in my dead dreams. "I'll be right there, love." Spoke the man.

I turned to Appa with my eyes wide, "Appa, what's happening? Why are we here? And who are these people?" I asked him in one breath. But before he could reply, a man in his late 50s stepped into the living room, walking with the help of a walking stick, followed by 2 boys and a girl, all of them much younger than me.

Before any of us could utter a word, the woman towards the kids and spoke, "Jinnie, take your brother & sister, and go to your rooms. I'll call you three once Appa and I are done talking to these people."

The boy, Jinnie, who I assume is the eldest of the 3, nodded his head and left the living room with his siblings.

Once they were out of sight, the man turned towards me, and when he spoke, the world seemed to come to a stop. "How have you been sunflower?"
