Chapter Twenty-two

As planned, all the boys came over to your place for breakfast the next morning. Yoongi, Seokjin and Hoseok being the ones to arrive first together, followed by Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook arriving together next, and Namjoon being the one to arrive last.

You could sense the change in atmosphere once Namjoon arrived. Even though no one verbalised anything, it wouldn't take some specialist to notice the way everyone suddenly went quite upon his arrival.

You chose not to speak anything about it till the breakfast was done. Even if it was quite awkward sitting there, you didn't say anything, went chose to concentrate on your food for the time being.

Right now, all of you were sitting on your couch, Jimin and Taehyung sharing a loveseat, Yoongi, Seokjin, Hoseok and Jungkook sharing the larger sofa, and you and Namjoon of 2 single seaters.

"What's the occasion Noona?" Spoke up Jungkook breaking the silence.

"Well, I know that it's not my place to talk about this or interfere, but I just wanted to talk, or more like ask you guys something." You spoke up nervously.

"What is it Y/N?" Asked Yoongi.

"Well... I.... Umm I got to know that none of you are talking to Namjoon anymore. And before you be upset or angry at him, no, he didn't ask me to talk to you guys. He didn't even want to be here to make sure that y'all are comfortable, but I called him up here. If the reason behind all this is something personal, I won't interfere, but if I'm the reason behind it, please tell me. Don't hide it from me if I'm the cause of it."

They all remained quiet for a while, thinking how to put it in the appropriate words. They didn't want to say it out in a way that'll make you feel guilty or in a way that you start blaming yourself all over again for something that isn't even your fault.

"As per me, yeah." Said Jungkook.

"Me as well." Spoke Seokjin and Hoseok.

"Well, even me." Said Yoongi.

"Same, even me." Spoke Jimin and Taehyung.

Somewhere deep within your heart, you knew that you were the reason, but what you didn't expect was for them to admit it so easily. You thought that they'd beat around the bush instead of admitting it just like that.

"Why? Namjoon did something that hurt me, and for that I broke up with him. I know that leaving y'all and BigHit wasn't the wisest of my decisions, but for that, why are you all punishing him?" You asked with a frown.

"Y/N-ah... It's not like me or any one of us are blaming you for this but what Namjoon did, it didn't just hurt you but all of us as well. And besides, you have been like a younger sister to me and as an elder brother, how could you expect me to forgive someone who hurt my precious girl?" Spoke Seokjin with the same brotherly tone and love that you always saw in him.

"You've grown very close to me Y/N. People never accepted me for who I am. The only people who ever accepted me outside my family was these 6, and then it was you. Even if I never said it out loud, but I have always been known as the Sunshine, one to always make everyone happy when they're going through something, but when I was going through something, no one was there for me. Yes, all the 6 of the guys were ever ready to listen to my problems, but no one has been there for me, the way I've been for everyone. But then you came along. You became my own Sunshine. And how could I be around someone who hurt my sunshine, and pretend like I'm ok with it?" By the time he finished speaking, Hoseok had tears streaming down his face.
