"What's going on with you?" James asked. He noticed that his daughter had been sulking for the past two days. She hasn't been going out. She skips classes more often. And she doesn't even speak as much—she even ignores Khalan's existence, which is rare. "Why are you walking around all sad?" He sat next to her on the couch.

Tyra then started to ball her eyes out. For some reason, him asking her if she was okay set everything off.

"Akia broke up with me. He cheated and basically said, Fuck me!" She sobbed with her face hidden in her hands, thinking about their unbelievable breakup. "I cheated too, but it was only once! He said he had been cheating for some time now. He even gave the bitch his virginity when he refused to do anything with me." She spoke more, now getting upset the more she thought about it.

James looked at his daughter, and he almost wanted to laugh. Not because of her crying, but because he knows who Akia has been giving most of his time to.

"Do you know who it was?" He asked, trying to get more insight.

If she didn't know, then he could still use what he knew to his advantage to get at Khalan. If she does know, then there's no value to the information he holds.

"He has been talking to this girl at school recently, but he keeps telling me that she isn't her. I don't think he's lying, but he rarely with anyone else. He barely has friends, and he's always at practice." She sniffled and wiped away the tears that just kept coming. "I did nothing but treat him right! This isn't fair to me."

"Maybe he isn't telling you because he's sleeping with someone you know." James threw out his opinion.

He really wanted to spice things up between Tyra and Khalan without having to get directly involved. If Tyra starts to point fingers at Khalan, then that would put the brother in a tough spot, which he wants. Khalan will then either tell the truth or discard the conversation. It was obvious to James that Khalan had feelings for the younger's based on how defensive he was when it came to him.

"He doesn't hang around any girls I know. He stays to himself, which is why I think he's lying just to break up with me."

"It would only be with women?" James asked to get Tyra to started thinking. "A man isn't a possibility?"

"..." Tyra stayed quiet for a while, and just when James thought he had gotten her to start thinking about this odd situation, she debunked his suggestion. "He says he's not into men. Khalan is the only man that kept flirting with Akia, but I know they didn't do anything together because Khalan would've rubbed it in my face by now."

"How can you be sure about that?" He said it smugly. He knew his daughter wasn't the smartest of the bunch, but he didn't know she was this blind.

"Khalan told me if they were to do something, he would record it and send it to me. I don't think he was kidding." She thought back to their argument. Usually Khalan would be the first person she points fingers at, but not this time. She knows her brother wouldn't let something like this drag on for too long. "Khalan wouldn't do something like this, and neither would Akia."

"You right." He nodded his head knowing that she was completely wrong.

BANG BANG BANG

Akia jumped up from his bed, hearing a loud bang on the front door. None of his parents are home because they went on a date together, and so that leaves Akia to open the door himself. Akia put his phone down on the side of him before he got off the bed and started to make his way down the stairs slowly. He didn't know who this could be, and who is maniac enough to bang on a door like that?

I hope it isn't Tyra...

Tyra did stop by a few times, trying to get Akia to date her again, to which he said no every time. The last attempt was while his parents were home. Damien opened the door and saw the distraught girl. He almost felt bad—until Tyra started to disrespect the women of the house about their raising skills.
