The Royal Progress was in Gulltown amd was set to travel for Runestone when the news of Lord Yobert's death reached them. Rhaenyra had immediately flew to the funeral while Daemon stayed back and decided not to tempt his fate with Runestone so early.

When the news reached King's Landing, Daelys decided to stay back knowing she had to travel their within a few days. Until then she will be staying back to look after the realm. Helaena had travelled to Runestone already so Daelys wasn't in a hurry.

When news of Jaehaera giving birth to a boy reached both King's Landing and the Royal Progress, Daemon and Daelys set off for Runestone immediately.

When they reached Runestone, they were met with a festive season and not one of mourning. Nobody even remembers the death of Lord Yobert. Everybody is celebrating the birth of the heir of the seat of Runestone. Jon Royce.

When both the news reached Dragonstone, Baela immediately requested Jacaerys to take her to the Vale but he refused and after an argument left for King's Landing. Just like Baela had planned.

After Jacaerys leaves, Baela makes her way to the dungeons. Aemond and Aegon are surprised by Baela's visit since it is morning.

"Jacaerys and I had an argument and he left for King's Landing." Baela says quickly before either can ask questions.

"Argument about what?" Aegon asks surprised.

"News from Runestone came of Jaehaera giving birth and I wanted to go and we got into a fight." Baela replies casually forgetting that they don't know about Jaehaera's marriage to Andar Royce.

"Runestone?" "Jaehaera gave birth? When did she marry?" Aemond and Aegon ask at the same time.

Baela sighs. "Sorry, my mistake." She says. "Jaehaera married Andar Royce, who is the eldest son of Lord Yobert Royce, who died recently making Andar Lord of Runestone. Anyway they married three years ago and now they have a son together, Jon Royce. Congratulations, Aegon, you are a grandsire."

Aegon stares open mouthed at Baela still trying to process the information. "Next, you will tell us that Daena is married." Aemond mutters.

"She will be next year if no one of the Royal Family dies." Baela says making Aemond stare at her too. "To Jaehaerys Targaryen. I will congratulate both of you once they are married."

"Fuck!" Aemond rubs his face.

Baela tries not to chuckle at the expression on their faces. "Why don't you process the information I gave you while I go down to the village and talk to someone who just might be what we need."

Aegon and Aemond nod not in the position to ask who this person is. They weren't expecting news like this from Baela at all.

Baela escapes from the castle by using a secret passageway. She quickly pulls the hood over her head, hiding her face and white Targaryen hair. She walks through the streets of the fisherman village, keeping her head down while searching for a particular face. She finally finds the person and approaches them.

"Excuse me?" She says politely.

The man looks up. "Yes?" He asks too politely for a fisherman.

"I need to speak with you, Criston Cole." Baela says softly.

The said man looks around uneasily. "There is no Criston Cole around here, woman. Go back from wherever you came." He answers raising his knife to cut the fish in front of him.

"I know I am not mistaken." Baela says raising her head to let him see his face. As soon as the man looks at Baela's face, he recognises him.

"Keep your face down, your Majesty." He hisses and Baela smirks victoriously. Criston lets out a sigh of irritation. "Come inside." He says opening the door.
