The battle at Storm's End turns bloody. On the eve of the battle, they recive the news of Daemon's death. The news shatters Baela completely. She lost everyone except Daelys. Daena could do nothing but simply comfort Baela. She can never know about Daelys killing Daemon.

When the battle finally begins, Storm's End stands no chance. Baela burns every soldier, man, woman and child inside the castle. Only the very young are spared. Daena had to fight against Baela to stop her from killing them as well.

Finally Criston Cole claims Storm's End as his seat. He is the Head of House Cole and now Lord of Storm's End and Lord Paramount of the Stormlands.

Daena and Baela fly back to King's Landing. As soon as they land, Baela goes to her own room. Not many notice but Leanor notices Alyn go into the room after Baela.

Everyone around Westeros grieves for one or the other. When Jaehaerys gets back to Dragonstone, both Baela and Daena run over to him. Daena throws her arms around Jaehaerys hugging him tightly.

"What happened?" Baela asks Jaehaerys.

Jaehaerys looks at her for a few moments before answering. "No one knows exactly what happened except Daelys and Aemond. I was fighting Hugh Hammer with Jaehaera and Joffrey when suddenly Caraxes screamed loudly and landed. It was clear that he had been injured. Soon afterwards Daelys, Aemond, Daemon and Ulf White disappeared above the clouds. After a long while, Ulf's body fell into Gods Eyes. Before a minute had passed Daemon's followed. Silverwing was next."

The three are silent for a few moments. "How is Mother?" Daena asks.

"She has barely been talking to anyone except Aemond." Jaehaerys answers. "I think she blames herself for his death."

"She shouldn't." Baela says. "If anyone should be blamed, it's Jacaerys. He will burn for what he has done to me and everyone here."

Jaehaerys looks down at Daena after Baela departs. "Where is Caron?"

"He left for Storm's End." Daena answers. "He will stay there for the rest of the war. He saiys he cannot go anywhere without being reminded of Aegon."

Jaehaerys nods. "And Viserys?"

"He blames himself for both Aegon's and Daemon's deaths. He wishes that he had come over to our side before. He believes that the deaths could have been prevented." Daena answers.

"I want to talk to him." Jaehaerys tells Daena. Daena nods and starts leading the way to the room Daelys has given Viserys.

"Does everyone believe that Daemon was killed by Ulf White?" Aegon asks Helaena.

"Both Daelys and Aemond have shared the same story. Of course they believe it." Helaena answers.

Aegon scoffs. "Of course they do." He mutters. "The Daemon Targaryen was killed by an inexperienced dragon rider. And by a sword to his stomach. Really fucking believable."

"What? You want to tell everyone the truth? It will get Daelys, Aemond and their children killed." Helaena points out.

"Why would she do it?" Aegon asks. "What is the point?"

"We can ask her when we meet her." Helaena says. "But right now, we need to move on to Tumbleton. We can worry about Daemon's death later."

"Fine." Aegon says. "But I am more worried about what Daelys is feeling now."

"Who isn't?" Helaena questions rhetorically.

"This was found amongst Daemon's possessions." Aemond tells Daelys holding out a scroll.
