"So you finally made up? Or what is going on?"

"Honestly, I'm still processing," Sanem smiles. "But we are together again, yes. And no one's leaving anymore."

"I am so happy, thank God," Leyla smiles too and squeezes Sanem's hand where she's sitting on the edge of Sanem's desk.

"I should probably call Yigit. I wonder what he's doing."

"Don't bother." Leyla stops Sanem getting her phone.

"Why?"

"He didn't go either. I saw him this morning coming in. He was on his way to a meeting, he should be back soon."

Sanem winces. "Really? Did he look angry?" She frowns. "I hope it's not  because of me."

"No, I don't think so."

Sanem nods and then chews her lip. "Can doesn't want me to keep working here. He told me to come back to the agency. I'm trying to think but I don't know what I'm going to do."

"Eee," Leyla grimaces.

"Sanem."

Both Leyla and Sanem look at Yigit walking up to them, jacket in hand.

"Yigit," Sanem stands with Leyla also getting off the desk.

"I'll get back to work," Leyla excuses herself and quickly walks across to her office.

"I owe you an apology, I left you unexpectedly yesterday - " Sanem starts apologetically.

"True," Yigit nods but smiles.

"I'm so sorry," she shifts uneasily. "I feel very uncomfortable in front of you now...Uhm...I just...I couldn't go... But why didn't you go though?"

"I don't know, I thought we would be meeting this writer while she was still here and a few others too, but it's okay, there's no rush." Sanem nods, not feeling better at all. "The main reason I didn't go though," he sits down and she does as well, "I had an important matter to attend."

"What's that?" Sanem asks curiously and then adds, "If it's not personal, of course."

"It's not...but it is a surprise that involves you."

"Surprise?"

"I've been chasing after this one cover artist for a long time. It's a famous one too. This morning he had some free time and I decided not to waste any more time. Guess what I managed to do?"

She shrugs, shaking her head.

"I convinced him to design a cover for your book."

Sanem stares at him and then smiles in surprise. "Really?"

"Yes. And it's even paid for already."

Her smiles fades, her mind going to her talk with Can in the car.

"It was necessary to pay up front to keep him from taking some other job, but it was worth it if you ask me. I'm as excited about your book as you are. I want it to be perfect and exactly like you imagine."

She swallows, her mouth feeling like cottonwool.

"Sanem?" Yigit asks at her silence, looking worried. "Is there a problem? You don't look very happy? Should I not have gone after him? I mean, you know the cover of a book is as important as what's inside, right?"

"No," Sanem says quickly, "I'm very happy...a little surprised, but happy... It's so sudden and uhm... well, my book isn't even finished yet?"

"It doesn't matter. I trust you. You'll be done with it in no time. When you are ready, we will get in touch with him again and give him the specifics of what you want and he'll give us his ideas. You'll choose the one you want and that's it. Very easy stuff, so don't feel pressured, okay? Just focus."
