"I'm very happy that you and Sanem made up," Huma says with a smile that evening as she made coffee.
Can eyes Emre standing against the fridge with his arms crossed and then says, "For good this time. We're not letting each other go again."
"I'm also very happy that you didn't leave. I only just reunited with you."
Can nods at her with a small smile.
"I knew there was only one person who could convince you," Emre smirks.
"Don't forget about the others," Can sighs, thinking about their friends and their attempts. "And Mrs Mevkhibe."
Huma rolls her eyes with her back to Can as she pours the water. Hm... "I have an idea," she turns and beams at him, "why don't we do something to celebrate you and Sanem getting together again? Hm? Call Sanem's family to join us for dinner. What do you say?"
Can blinks in surprise. He was actually impressed by the suggestion. "That's a great idea." He stands up and points at her. "I'm calling Sanem right now. No take backs."
"Your coffee - "
"I'm calling," Can says and passes her holding a cup to him.
She raises her brows and looks after him before turning to Emre and walking over to hand him the cup.
"Dinner," Emre says as he takes it. "What are you up to?"
"Nothing," Huma lifts her hands innocently and shrugs, walking back to get her own coffee. "What could I be up to?"
"Hm hm," Emre hums as she takes a sip and eyes him. "Enjoy your coffee mother."

"I was of course very upset that he was leaving," Sanem pushes her hair out of her eyes while speaking, sitting next to her mother in her bedroom while Mevkhibe peeled an apple, listening to how Sanem and Can made up with Leyla on her other side. She cuts the apple and hands a piece to Sanem then Leyla. "I went to Yzmir, and when he heard he changed his mind. He came to get me instead. And that's how we made up."
"God be with you both," Mevkhibe smiles as Sanem and Leyla look at each other. "But listen to me," she looks at Sanem who nods, "that mother of his..." Mevkhibe raises the knife and narrows her eyes at the door. "She seems intent on spoiling your happiness. She wants to mess with it." She looks at Sanem again. "She better not."
"Hm hm," Leyla nods along in agreement as she chews and Mevkhibe bites a piece off with a frown.
Sanem's phone jingles in her lap and she swallows, checking the caller. "Oh look, it's Can," she grins and answers. "Hello Can."
"I have a question."
"Ask it my love." Mevkhibe looks at her with a raised brow. "Just the one question though, I'm chatting with mom so I can't be too long."
"Are you free tomorrow?"
"Who?"
"You, your parents, your sister. All of you. To have dinner with me and Emre, and my mother."
Sanem blinks and looks at her mother and sister. "You want our families to have dinner together?"
"My mother suggested it. And I think it's a good idea."
"Mrs Huma suggested it?"
"It's to celebrate us getting back together."
Sanem holds her phone away and looks at Mevkhibe. "What do I say? Are we going?" she whispers.
