Chapter 47: Worries

"Strike!"
"Forward!"
"Push!"
"Now roar like a tiger!!!" Mia yelled.
Aang roared and only a few flames came out of his mouth and fingertops.
"You sound like Aoi when I stepped on his tail once," Mia shouted, "LOUDER!"
Aang did, and how the fire was massive. Mia and Zuko looked at eachother and nodded to Aang.

"Who wants fresh waterlemon juice?" Katara asked.
"Me! Me!"
Zuko stopped Aang by holding his collar. "Come on Zuko, just take a break," Suki said, "what's the big deal?"
"Because he will face the Fire Lord soon, maybe?" Mia said, "he needs to be fully prepared," besides... he is young, he can handle this."
"Please...?" Aang asked.
"Fine." Mia said she walked up to Zuko.

"I hate it when they are just sitting like that the whole day..." Zuko mumbled.
"I know... you are right, we are pretty lazy. But I know just the way to change that: BEACH PARTY!" Sokka yelled.
"Wow, that's a long time ago..." Mia said.
Zuko smirked at Mia. "What?"
"Nothing..." Zuko replied, wrapping his arms around Mia's waist, "you should go swimming, you deserve a day off."
"What about you? You don't wanna go swimming... with me?"
Zuko smiled. "Just wait, I will surprise Aang soon enough."

Mia jumped in the water and swum. The water was lovely, clearly blue, the fish swimming around her. Mia ran up to the beach and sat down under a tree. Aang was working on a sand sculpture of Appa, while Toph made a beaufitul miniature of Ba Sing Se. Mia walked up and looked at Sokka's sculpture. "Oh my spirits, what is that?!" Mia asked shocked. "It's Suki!" Aang and Toph laughed so loud while Mia got very uncomfortable. "I wanna break it down, just to put it out of it's misery..." Mia said slowly. Not a few seconds later, the thing exploded. It was Zuko. He ran after Aang, shooting fire balls at him. "What are you doing?!" Aang asked panicky, hiding behind sand-Appa. "Teaching you a lesson!" Zuko replied. Aang ran away, followed by Zuko. The rest of team Avatar all looked at Mia. "What?!" Mia asked when she shrugged.

Aang and Zuko got into the house. It took a while, when Zuko jsut got blown out of it, ending up in the bush. Mia ran up to him and helped him up. "What is wrong with you?" Katara asked. "What is wrong with me? What is wrong with all of you, you mean," Zuko replied, "you are all having beach patries and chill around, while Sozin's comet is only 3 days away!" Everyone looked at Zuko like he was crazy. "He does have a point, you know." Mia said to break the silence. "About Sozin's comet," Aang said and he took a step closer, "I was actually gonna wait until after the comet to defeat the Fire Lord, I am not ready." Mia's and Zuko's mouth fell open. "After?!"

"I need more time to master Firebending..." Aang said.
"And frankly, Earthbending also needs some more attention." Toph said.
"You need more time to master Firebending? Aang, we've planned to practice today, but you are having a beach party now..." Mia said calmly.
"So you all knew Aang was going to wait?" Zuko asked.
"Honestly, if Aang was about to fight the Fire Lord now, he'd loose." Sokka said.
"Why didn't you tell us? We could have changed our training schedule." Mia said.
"Look, it doesn't matter if Aang fights the Fire Lord before of after the comet," Katara said, "the Fire Nation have pretty won the war already when they took Ba Sing Se. It can't get any worse." Zuko shook his head.

Zuko told them that the day before the Eclipse, Zuko attented a meeting of the Fire Lord and his generals (including Maya). Ba Sing Se was under the commands of the Fire nation, yet still the resistance is very strong. Azula and Maya had the great idea, gto just take their homes and burn the lands to the ground. 'Why not just burn everything?' Ozai thought. That would be a great idea when the comet is there... The Fire Nation will be at his strongest then. Perfect to set the world on fire and to make one big Fire Nation Kingdom of the world.

"Oh my... this is terrible." Katara said. Mia nodded in agreement.
"Well, what did you expect? This has been his plan for many, many years. Iroh told me long ago, " Mia sighed, "Aang... I know you are scared and that you are not ready to save the world but, if you don't face the Fire Lord before the comet comes... there won't be a world to save anymore." Aang got angry. "Why didn't you two told me this before!" Mia sniffed. "Why didn't you told us that you were going to wait till after the comet?!" Aang sat down a rock. "Oh... this is bad, very, very, bad." He mumbled. "Hey, you think you are going to fight this war alone? We are here, it's our fight as well!" Mia said. Yeah, if we work together, we will kick his ass!" Toph said. "YES!" Sokka yelled, "Team Avatar is back! Air, water, earth, fire, fan and sword!"
