Sometime when the sounds of humans in complete agony echoed throughout the area I released my grip on Panther and the both of us remained fixated on the task at hand until we arrived. Panther thankfully lead the march, allowing me to nervously follow behind them. We didn't really have a plan set in store for once we got there, it purely depended on the situation that was taking place when we did. We just had to get there before the blackout ended otherwise Plantix would get there before us or we'd lose the coverage of the darkness. Panther recommended that despite them being against the whole idea of going stealth. They insisted on us just attacking them by surprise the moment we set eyes on them. As much as I wanted to do that and just get the whole thing out of the way I wanted to know what Sinox's intentions were. One thought that was lingering about was Sinox volunteering to do so for nothing more then to take care of Figs and I was just being paranoid as usual. I couldn't seem to shake off the thought either, so I just tried to convince my self otherwise.

"Hey Panther." I called out in a whispered as we began nearing the gardens main entrance. I tried to get them to go through the alternate one just across the flooded room but they said they'd rather go the longer way. Both way's were short as hell, so short we walked there in a casual stroll then sprinting.

"Panther?" I spoke a little louder.

"Shut up damnit." They snarled. I scanned our surroundings, just in case an unfamiliar residence had suddenly become apparent and startled Panther into a more cautious state. There was nothing. I noticed a few goos pushing and throwing humans into the pale white crystals whilst dancing around it like a satanic ritual but that was the average blackout for them, if they weren't stuck with me they'd most likely be out there dragging in more victims. I guess I was just being to loud?

"I gotta ask you sum." I said much quieter, trying to ease the thick atmosphere as we made our way through the first door.

"Speak." They snapped back.

The both of us slowed down drastically after reaching it, looking around and investigating the general look of the main garden. It looked surprisingly well kept compared to the way I left it. No leaf or stem was left untouched by blood as were the walls, and because of how close I was to the tree when I gutted that human it was covered in more blood then I was. Now the entire place was rid of it altogether, the tree back to it's usual brown trunk and olive green leaves, like none of it had ever happened. I wish I was this good at ridding of evidence.

"What do you think Sinox wants with Figs?" I mumble. I looked over my shoudler to see what they were doing, ambiguously watching as they snatched at least 3 different Fig fruit from the tree and greedily encase them with both their arms. They held one in the clutches of their hand, taking a bite out of it with a sly smirk.

"I dunno." They said with a mouth full, descending downwards and onto their fours like a filthy scavenger looking for delicate treats scattered on the ground.

"I don't really care either, I just want to whoop Sinox's ass this time." I lightly cringed at that comment. Harming Sinox at the time of Panther's and their quarrel was never my intention, I feel more regret then I do pride whenever it comes up.

"Reminder that were going to OBSERVE them, not AMBUSH."

"That's not fair, but whatever." I wanted to make a snarky reply to that and tell them what they said was rather childish but I just giggled. We continued our small search before confirming there was nothing to be discovered here and moved on through the next 2 doors that led into the glass walls surrounding the entirety of the hallway. We could already see the lights of Sinox's bioluminescent stripes shine through out as we walked in, only a large boulder stood between our overall viewpoint of them.
