Scott stared deeply into Jimmy's eyes, and that familiar feeling was coming again. The warm and fuzzy feeling of attraction and affection, but also a burning in his heart, like he wanted something more. As he looked into Jimmy's eyes, he could feel his heart racing and his mind spinning, all his thoughts focused on Jimmy. "Jimmy, I..." Scott started, but then he stepped back, giving Jimmy some extra room. He was afraid of the feelings that were welling up inside of him, and he didn't know how to express them to Jimmy. Scott stepped back, breathing deeply and trying to gain some control over his feelings. He wanted to tell Jimmy how he felt, but he was afraid that it would change their relationship and make things awkward between them. He didn't want to risk hurting Jimmy or ruining their friendship, so he kept his feelings to himself for now. He couldn't help but smile as he looked at Jimmy, feeling the warm touch of attraction and affection, but also a burning in his heart, like he wanted something more from Jimmy.
As Scott took a step back and Jimmy's heart sank, he didn't know what he wanted from Scott in that moment or what he was feeling. He looked at Scott for a long moment, searching for some indication of what might be going through Scott's mind or what he might be feeling. But Scott just looked back at him, his face expressionless and his expression giving nothing away, leaving Jimmy feeling even more confused and unsure. Scott tried to break the awkward silence by saying, "Jim, this is what I wanted to show you." He gestured to the peaceful setting around them, with the hanging vines covered with pink flowers covering the roof, the pond behind him filled with life and colour, and a picnic blanket with cake to the right. Jimmy took his eyes off Scott and looked around, taking in all the beauty and serenity of their surroundings. He seemed mesmerised by everything around them, from the peace and solace of the cave to the simple pleasures of cake and the comforting nature of the pond outside. "Scott! This is beautiful! You made all of this?!" Jimmy exclaimed, impressed by the scenery around them. "Yep, I made this just for me and my Jimmy..." Scott replied, looking over at the pond off to the side. "I'd never thought I'd come here again after..." Scott paused, his voice trailing off, and Jimmy noticed a hint of sadness in his eyes. "After he..." Jimmy prompted. He could tell that Scott was thinking about something, and he wanted to help him open up and talk about it if he could. Jimmy could see the sadness in Scott's eyes, and he knew what Scott was talking about even without saying it aloud. Jimmy walked up to him and hugged him, offering comfort and support. "Hey, it's okay Scott. I'm here now," Jimmy said gently, hoping to reassure Scott that he was there for him and that it was okay to open up and share his thoughts and feelings with him. He wanted to be a source of comfort and strength for Scott as he navigated the difficult memories of his past. Scott's heart sank as the memories of his past came flooding back to him. He missed his Jimmy so much, and he couldn't accept that he was gone.
Scott stared at the pond in front of him with a sadness that ached inside him. He missed his partner, his love, his life. Suddenly, a dark, sinister figure stepped in front of him. It was his demon brother, ready to make his life a living hell. "What do you want?" Scott said annoyed, his voice dripping with irritation. "Aw my poor baby brother is mourning the death of his lover?" The demon's voice dripped with sarcasm. "Yeah, the one that YOU killed you bastard!" Scott screamed, anger building inside him. "What do you want?!" "Your life!" The demon's dark mist began to invade Scott's body, his will to fight fading with each passing second. He tried to fight back, but it was useless. The demon took over his body and soul, leaving nothing but the husk of his former self. The demon, now inhabiting Scott's body, turned to Jimmy who was desperately trying to comfort his partner. With a scream full of rage, he yelled, "No, Jimmy, it's not okay! He's not here! You're not him! You'll never be my Jimmy!" Jimmy, unaware that Scott had been possessed by his brother, was left stunned and scared. He stood there, unable to comprehend what was happening. His eyes went wide with fear as he stared right at the demon, trying desperately to help his friend. Jimmy stood there, stunned by the sudden yell coming from "Scott". He felt his heart ache deeply as he looked at the figure before him, unable to understand what was happening. "Don't you think I know that, Scott?" He screamed back, his own heart hurting with pain and fear. He felt so confused and afraid, not knowing what they had done wrong. He knew he would never be like Scott's old lover, but it hurt every time he saw the pain and loss in his eyes. He just wanted to help him and be there for him always. The demon smiled smugly as he exited Scott's body, leaving him trembling. Scott tried to protest, but his voice was shaking. "No, no, Jimmy, I'm so sorry!" He yelled, finally having control over his body again. He tried to explain himself, but Jimmy cut him off angrily. "I know I'll never be like your Jimmy. I just wish we'd never met... I wish we were just two different people..." Hearing Jimmy's words, he felt tears welling up in his eyes. He wasn't angry anymore. He was devastated. Jimmy walked out of the cave, leaving Scott behind, crying and trembling. He couldn't bear to stay in that place anymore. His heart ached, and his mind couldn't stop thinking about Scott. He was so hurt by his words. He felt like he was failing as Scott's friend and it broke his heart. Jimmy had hoped that they could get through this together, but now he wondered if they would ever be able to move past it.
