Jimmy heard people crying and a familiar voice yelling at Gem in the distance. Suddenly, he felt someone hugging him tightly, but it was not hurting him anymore. It was peaceful. He heard cries as the person hugged him and cried on his bloody shirt. His face was suddenly grabbed with a pair of hands. Jimmy couldn't quite open his eyes yet, so he just listened silently as he tried to understand what was happening. "I'm sorry, Jimmy..." a Scottish voice spoke softly as the cold hands touched his face. Jimmy's heart began to race, his breathing becoming shallow and quick. He tried to steady himself, as he continued to listen for any more clues as to what was going on. Jimmy wanted nothing more than to open his eyes and see who was talking to him. He was confused and his heart beat quickly. Suddenly, he could feel the person's face moving closer to his, making him even more flustered. A small kiss then landed on his cheek, causing him to blush uncontrollably. "I love you, Petal," the person said, crying even harder now. "I'm so sorry it took me this long to say it." Jimmy still had no idea who was holding him and kissing him, but the words made his heart skip a beat. After what felt like hours of waiting, Jimmy finally opened his eyes and saw the teal hair of Scott, and the familiar tear-filled faces of his friends. Lizzie was still crying with Gem, and everyone just stared at him anxiously. "L-Lizzie?" Jimmy's voice croaked softly. All eyes were now on him, as they waited for him to say something further. When Scott stopped hugging Jimmy, he looked at him with loving and tearful eyes. Now, a relieved Lizzie ran straight towards him and hugged him tightly. "Jimmy! You idiot! Stop doing these things!" Lizzie cried and yelled at him, but Jimmy was just happy to finally see her, as it had been many weeks. Following Lizzie was Grian, Joel, and Katherine, who all hugged Jimmy tightly as well. Scott stood to the side, still holding Jimmy's hand, looking on with love and happiness. "Jimmy! I thought you were a goner! You were gonna make me cry!" Grian protested, as he wiped the tears from his eyes. Jimmy looked at Katherine and smiled as she asked, "How are you, Jimmy?" She looked at all the scars on his face and body and then looked at the others with worry. "Oh, Jimmy..." she said softly, touching his face gently. "Kath, it's just some scratches," Jimmy said with a soft smile, as he tried to calm her worry. But, Katherine just looked at the scars and shook her head with a sad look on her face. "No, Jimmy... they're not just scratches," she said softly, as she continued to look at the scars and the others with worry. "You... you're lucky to be alive," she said quietly. "We all were," she added, while she held Lizzie's hand. "Guys, I'm kinda tired... can we go home now?" Jimmy asked, looking at everyone with his usual confused look. "Jimmy... you kinda distorted the castle twice..." Sausage giggled, causing everyone to laugh. "Excuse me?!" Jimmy said, looking at everyone, making everyone laugh even harder. "Come on then, let's go bother Gem for the fifth time today to do something for us!" Grian said, standing up and helping everyone up while they all laughed and looked at Gem who was also laughing. Gem stood up and started flipping through her book, saying the words that caused the purple and green mist to appear once more. The cracks and red vines disappeared over time, and the castle began to rebuild itself right before their eyes. Everyone watched in awe at the magic taking place. Jimmy put his arm around Scott and gave him a small kiss on his button nose, making him blush. Everyone smiled and laughed at the little show of affection between Jimmy and Scott.
Gem was now walking with everyone towards the newly built castle, looking around with awe and happiness. The halls were no longer filled with dust, and the bloody vines were cleaned and fresh. The place had a homey feeling to it now, making them all feel comfortable. The doors opened and Grian, Sausage, and Fwhip ran past Gem, eager to explore the homey space and check everything out. Grian, Sausage, and Fwhip ran through the doors and started exploring the castle and checking everything out. The dust was gone and the vines cleaned up, making the place feel much more peaceful and calm. They loved the new homey feeling to it, and couldn't wait to share it with their friends. Everyone else had now stopped walking and admired the work Gem had done to fix up the castle. "Gem, this is amazing!" Grian said, flying through room to room in the newly rebuilt castle. Gem smiled and laughed with delight at his complements. "Guys, lets have dinner! I'm so hungry from all that fighting!" Joey moaned, as everyone walked into the kitchen. There, they found Lizzie, Pearl, Gem, and Pix making dinner together. Everyone started talking and catching up with each other over the dinner table. The atmosphere was homey and comfy, like they were all hanging out at home. Everyone gathered at the dinner table, enjoying the meal that was lovingly prepared by Lizzie, Pearl, Gem, and Pix. They all talked, laughed, and caught up with each other, enjoying the homey atmosphere of the reunion. Even though the memories of the battle were still fresh in their minds, it felt like they were all hanging out at home. The feeling of comfort and safety was a much-needed relief after everything that they had been through. Everyone was now extremely tired from all that had happened throughout the day.
