3rd Person POV

After a few days, Crill and the group decided to go out camping.

It was a perfect day. A day to camp.

The camping site Crill and Sarah had found was nestled within a lush forest, surrounded by towering trees adorned with vibrant foliage. As soon as they arrived through vehicle, the sounds of sheer unadulterated nature enveloped their souls—the gentle rustling of leaves, the occasional bird song, and the soothing rush of a nearby river, the sounds of animals peeing. It was the true essence of camping. Well, the last part was redundant. They drove through a clear path, getting closer to their camping spot.

The girls were the same as ever, being themselves.

Shiori was cutting something with her scissors. (Potentially the texture of the cushioned seats)

Nerissa practiced her singing for a short period. (The radio exploded)

Bijou was at the center of the crossfire at the backseat. (Biboo)

Fuwawa and Mococo couldn't sit still and moved around the car.

What a fun day.

"Camp-camp-camping, camping, camping! Wawawawawa–"

"Bijou, pull yourself together..." Crill interjected, the wind tousling his hair as he leaned against the car window, the constant 'are we there yet' from a random kid etched into his thoughts.

"Henry David Thoreau once said, 'I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees,'" Shiori recited, each word spoken in a gravelly tone, mimicking a deeper voice. "Do you reckon we'll emerge from this towering over the trees?"

"We could really grow that tall?" Bijou's eyes shimmered with excitement.

"I've been watching anime lately. I highly doubt that's possible with the way everyone's height doesn't go that far, even in animated media," Nerissa chimed in.

"I did mention it was a metaphor, right?"

"No. Gems don't have brains, you know." Bijou emphasized calmly.

"True, but that's hardly news."

The campsite was ideally situated, the forested landscape offered much to behold for the beholder. A spacious clearing allowed for an easy tent setup, with soft patches of grass providing a comfortable surface. A potential space for setting fire at the center beckoned for cozy campfires in the evening, perfect for roasting marshmallows or idols. Beyond the clearing was a meandering river that sparkled under the happily smiling moe (moe moe moe) sunlight. Crill thought that would be fun later on if they decided to swim. Although he was absolutely positive the girls didn't bring any sort of swimming equipment with them or even bikinis for that matter.
