Contract

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement is entered into on [Date, XX, XX], between [Crill Calypso, 27 years of age] and Hololive Talent Management Inc. ("Hololive").

WHEREAS, the Dahlia Resort is interested in assisting five superpowered women (hereinafter referred to as "Talents") in acclimating to human society while they work at the Dahlia Resort and under Crill Calypso's guidance. Specifically, Shiori Novella, Nerissa Ravencroft, Fuwawa Abyssgard, Mococo Abyssgard, and Koseki Bijou effective for two years (less if deemed sufficient).

WHEREAS, Hololive represents and manages the Talents and is willing to provide certain services to the Resort, subject to the conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, Crill Calypso and authorized individuals and Hololive (collectively referred to as "Parties") hereby agree as follows:

1. Accommodation and Acclimatization:

1.1 Crill Calypso agrees to provide suitable accommodation, amenities, and support necessary for the Talents to acclimate to human society during their stay at the Dahlia Resort.

1.2 Crill Calypso shall ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the Talents during their tenure at the Dahlia Resort, taking into consideration their unique abilities and needs. However, it is explicitly understood that the Talents shall not exploit this provision to engage in behaviors that disrupt the harmony, safety, or operation of the Resort.

2. Employment and Work Responsibilities:

2.1 The Talents agree to work at the Dahlia Resort, participating in activities and events as mutually agreed upon by Crill Calypso and Hololive. The Talents will stay in Crill Calypso's residence as the current base of their operations and place of dwelling.

2.2 The Dahlia Resort and Crill Calypso's residence shall provide a safe and inclusive work environment for the Talents, fostering cooperation and productivity.

3. Services Provided by Hololive:

In consideration for the Resort's accommodation and support of the Talents, Hololive agrees to provide the following services to Crill Calypso's Dahlia Resort before and after its debut:

3.1 Promotion and Marketing: Hololive shall assist in marketing and promoting the Dahlia Resort through its channels, including but not limited to social media, livestreams, and public appearances of prominent figures in the industry.

3.2 Talent Engagement: Hololive will facilitate interactions between the Talents and Dahlia Resort guests in a controlled and safe manner, enhancing the guest experience.

3.3 Talent Management: Hololive will provide guidance and support for the Talents, ensuring they meet their work commitments and acclimatization goals.

3.4 Event Hosting: Hololive will collaborate with the Dahlia Resort in organizing special events and activities featuring the Talents, creating memorable experiences for guests.

3.5 Hololive, recognizing its expertise in talent management and event coordination, shall provide qualified staff members and managers as necessary to assist in the efficient operation and management of the Dahlia Resort, even before its debut.

3.6 The specific roles and responsibilities of these staff members and managers shall be determined through consultation between Crill Calypso and a Hololive representative, with the goal of enhancing the overall guest experience.

3.7 Hololive shall bear the responsibility for the recruitment, training, and supervision of the provided staff members and managers, and shall ensure that they are fully aligned with the objectives and values of the Resort.

3.8 Both Parties shall maintain open communication and collaboration to address any staffing needs or adjustments that may arise.

4. Term and Termination:

4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until [XXX] unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

4.2 Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other Party in the event of a material breach by the other Party.

5. Termination Due to Discovery of Powers:

5.1 If, at any time during the term of this Agreement, it is discovered that any of the Talents possess superhuman abilities by a third party, magical powers, or any form of supernatural capabilities, this Agreement shall be considered void and terminated immediately unless treated right away.

5.2 Crill Calypso and Hololive shall promptly communicate any suspicions or confirmations regarding the Talents' Powers, ensuring transparency and a cooperative approach to resolving the situation.

5.3 Under exceptional circumstances and with prior mutual consent between Crill Calypso and Hololive or any of its trusted representatives, it may be permissible to disclose the Talents' Powers to a select few individuals ("Authorized Individuals"). Such disclosure shall be undertaken with utmost discretion and consideration for the Talents' safety and privacy.

6. Entire Agreement:

This constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
