When I got home, I told Liz I won't be home for dinner, I have sort of a date, she said it's about time, maybe I can get some sex and stop using that nasty toy I keep under the sink, told her damn I can't have anything hidden around here. I told her it's not a sex date just a regular date, she said it could turn out to be one, make sure I have plenty of condominiums, I said condominiums is a place to live, she meant to say condoms and I won't be doing that.

 She hollered at me and said now I'm going around screwing raw, am I thinking about what could happen to me, and am I thinking about Manny, I told her to calm down, I'm not having sex, it's just dinner, she said see that I don't go raw, she left the room. Damn she was upset with me when she thought I was going to screw raw, funny thing is I didn't think about that when I was with Cecil, we just made love.

When and if it comes to sex with Pierre, I'll make sure I wrap it up these younger dudes think there in love and will do it raw, I will ask him to get tested when we start talking about getting intimate. I went upstairs and went through my closet to find something to wear, I didn't want to look old, but I didn't want to look like I was trying to look young either.

After finding the right outfit, I noticed the time and left to pick Manny up, I hope he'll understand that I'm going on a date, I never told him about Clay as far as being with him, I got to the school and Manny came out and got in the car. I asked him how his day was, he said fine what about my day, I told him it was fine, I started off having lunch with his Uncle Dyland, but he had to leave and go to ATL with his Uncle EJ.

Listen buddy, papi won't be having dinner with you, but we'll have dinner tomorrow night we can even go out someplace, he asked why, I told him I kind of have a date, he said who with, I told him I'd rather tell him later.

It's okay Papi, I just want you to get out and do things with big people you're always doing stuff with me, I have my friends, and I want you to have a special friend you can do things with. I wish it were with Pierre I think he really likes you and I'd want him to come over and spend time with us like he used to do, but I guess you have to choose your own friends.

I looked in the rearview mirror and Manny had a sad look on his face, Manny papi is having dinner with Pierre, his frown turned into a smile, he said good he's always wanted me and Pierre to be friends. He said no one can take his daddy Cecil's place, but Pierre can be our good friend, I asked him what if Pierre and I were more than friends, he said like Pierre being his other daddy, I told him we haven't talked about that, he said when we do it will be alright, but he won't call Pierre daddy he'll have to find another name for him, I told him that's fine.

We got home and Manny ran into the house and told Milo that Pierre will come and play with them soon, Liz told Manny to take Milo out, and then change out of his uniform, she said so that's who I'm having dinner with, she told me not only will I need condoms, see she got the word right, but I'll need a blue pill, Pierre looks like he'll give me a run for my money.

I said again it's not a sex date, I went upstairs, and if Pierre asked for sex I'll tell him let's take it slow, I got undressed and took a shower, and I trimmed my face, I like having facial hair, I heard a noise, I turned around quickly to see if it were Cecil standing behind me, Milo ran into the bathroom, I bent down and said are you hiding from Manny again. This time I heard a noise coming from my closet, I walked out of the bathroom, Manny are you in here, he came behind me and said no papi I'm right here, he got Milo and said he ran away from him, the groomers are here to give him his trim and a bath.

He took Milo and left the room, I looked in the closet, babe is it that you, I turned on the light and there's an envelope on the floor, I was in here to get an outfit and that wasn't on the floor, I picked it up and my name is on it, I opened it. My dearest James, if you're reading this, I know that you gave someone a chance so that you can love again, you know I'll be with you every step of the way, and like my favorite song says, and I will always love you.
