I woke up with a start. I somehow sensed something was wrong, last night we had eaten s'mores and sandwiches and went straight to sleep. I looked at my surroundings, the trees were still there, birds chirping, and my friends gently sleeping.

I glanced to the tree right behind me that was assigned as my tree, it had a red arrow in the bark. I jerked it from the tree, removing it and trying to see how it had gotten there. In small letters, it had carved words that said PROPERTY OF WILL.

Who the heck was Will? I didn't recognize him from any fairytale I had read, had I? I really needed to read more fairytales cause I don't know enough.

I heard voices murmuring and footsteps coming closer to our campsite, I started panicking. I tiptoed quickly to Selena who was hugging her wand like a teddy bear. I snatched it and replaced it with a thin stick.

I looked at it as if it was a snake. How did Selena use this thing? Can a regular person use a magic wand? I also had to think, what do I want to do? Make the people-I-don't-know-yet disappear? Make a tornado? Hide us?

Hiding seems like the better option, I shook it repeatedly whispering, "Hide us, hide us, hide us!"

Nothing happened.

I stomped my foot in frustration. "Ugh, I might as well demand it take me to them."

There was a sudden cloud of dust and I felt tingles all over my body. When I opened my eyes, I was standing in front of a group of men with green suits, bows and arrows held on their backs. They all looked at me in surprise and confusion.

I groaned with a little whine. "I really should be careful with what I say."

There was a figure moving through the crowd and the group made a pathway for him. It was a familiar red haired, cute green eyed, and physically gorgeous boy who was dressed in a similar way to the group. I gasped in surprise and a hint of happiness.

"Robin?"

Robin glanced at me for a second before he turned to his group. They all looked at me weirdly. One stepped forward and said, "Robin, do you know her?"

Oh, I remember now. This Robin doesn't know me, this is the stand-in. Well, life is full of disappointments, isn't it?

Robin glared at the guy. "You have no right to ask questions when you're the one who 'lost' his arrow at archery practice!"

My eyes widened in surprise as I glanced at the guy, who I'm assuming is the mysterious Will, who now lowered his head in shame.

"I'm sorry, Robin. But who is this girl? She knows you," Will said.

"Or she could be one of the members in your fan club," another guy mumbled.

I waved my hands to get their attention. "I'm sorry, I know where your arrow is Will, it's near my campsite. And I'm sorry for the confusion, you don't know me, but I know the real Robin."

Robin nodded at Will. "Scarlet, go get your arrow. Men, accompany him, make sure not to wake the rest of this maiden's company."

Will left in a hurry and so did the Merry Men. I fiddled with Selena's wand as Robin turned to me. His eyes were piercing and still just as beautiful as the real Robin's. Robin smiled widely, his teeth glistening in the sunlight.

"Katie, Katie. If Nottingham and his foul men had found you, you would've been toast."

I gasped. "You-you're the real Robin?!?"

Robin rolled his eyes. "Catching on I see, you always were the slowest to catch on."

I crossed my arms. "Wait, how did you get here? Why?"
