It's December 23rd. The day before Christmas Eve. I flew out to LA so I could spend Christmas with him. "Y/n?" He shouted from the kitchen.
"What's up babe?" I replied setting my phone down. "Do you want hot chocolate?" Awsten yelled. "Sure. If you're making it."
"Pick out a movie." He yelled back. I just replied with okay. I scrolled through the array of Christmas movies. Some were too cringy or just flat out boring. I eventually just figured we'd watch the nightmare before Christmas.
Awsten walked in the living room carrying to cups of hot chocolate. You could see the steam coming off of the cups. He sat them down on the coffee table and sat next to me. We cuddled up close. "You and your Tim Burton movies." He laughed. "What's that supposed to mean?" I replied with a sarcastic tone. "Nothing, love."he said kissing my forehead.
Awsten paused the movie. "What?" I asked. "Do you want to go see Christmas lights? You know like every cringey hallmark couple." "If you want too I'm down." I replied smiling at the boy with bright purple hair. "I wanna do all that cringy couple shit." I kissed his cheek quickly. "Then let's go." I stood up. He laughed at my excitement.
"Let me get my jacket." He replied before walking back to our room. A few seconds later he slipped the black hi-def jacket on. He grabbed his car keys.
We drove to the nearest park. "I think they are still doing the lights. Y/n you've gotta see them they are so dope every year." He said excitedly. "I trust you." I replied. He pulled the car into the parking lot of a small part decked out in lights. Some trees had bright blue bulbs wrapped around its trunk. Awsten quickly parks them unbuckled and walked over to open my car door for me. "Such a gentleman." I replied laughing a bit. "Only for you."
we walked in hand, and the air is filled with a festive spirit. The trees and buildings are illuminated with a dazzling array of lights, casting a warm glow all around us. Awsten and I can't help but feel a sense of wonder and joy as we immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere.
"You weren't kidding this is beautiful." I spoke smiling at the boy. "We've gotta get a picture." He replied. "Okay. Where at?" I said laughing at his excitement. I still found him adorable in every way possible. He lead me to a small spot.
.there's a small building nestled among the trees. Right next to it, there's a majestic tree adorned with a stunning display of Christmas lights. The tree seems to come alive as the lights twinkle and dance, casting a warm and festive glow all around.
Me and Awsten stand in awe, taking in the magical scene, and appreciating the beauty of the scene.
He pulled me close and pulled out his phone camera. We both took a few photos, a few smiles, silly ones and basic couple ones.
"I think I'm gonna film lucky people here." He spoke gently. "That would be amazing." "I love you y/n." He said. "I love you too Aws.".
