Park Sunghoon, an introverted young man whose only dream is to pass his job interview, was standing in a metro, waiting for the conductor to call out his venue. He looked around bored, his phone charging using a power bank, which meant he couldn't waste time on it.

But then his eyes caught sight of a pretty girl. So pretty, that it made him bump his head onto the handrail. "ouch" he mumbled before looking at the girl again. "oh shit." he cursed himself, he thought he'd never see her again.

Just then, he got a message on his phone informing him that his interview was delayed. He got the bravest idea to go and follow the girl. Which he did, but it was way harder than he thought. The girl walked in a hurry as if she was running late to some meeting. He did have trouble keeping up with her but slowly walked at her pace.

She stopped in front of a convenience store, which made him curious. Why would she walk so fast just to go to a convenience store? 

He admits he was kind of being a stalker, but all he wanted was to know her name. She came out of the store in tears just as he peeked inside.

Sunghoon panicked, immediately going to her. "are you okay?" he rushed to comfort her. She tried pushing him away but she was too weak. She gave in to his embrace and sobbed.

Once she calmed down, she looked away embarrassed. "uhm, sorry about that." Sunghoon smiled at her, "nah, it's fine. May I know why you were crying? Is there something I can do to help?"

"hmm, now that I think of it..."

Sunghoon sat on the bench exhausted, "phew, I understood why you could be stressed by that!" The two were busy cleaning up the convenience store, which was owned by the girl's father because a bunch of high school boys came and wrecked the place.

The father called for the girl, asking her to give Sunghoon a thank-you gift. Sunghoon thought she had a very pretty name which suited her very much.

The girl sat beside him and handed him a can of soda, "thanks- wait, I didn't get your name?" "Sunghoon, Park Sunghoon." "wow, even your name is handsome-" She let out accidentally. She covered her mouth with her hands as Sunghoon laughed.

"you think I'm handsome? Well, that's great! I've been meaning to ask you for your number since I saw you in the metro..." "o-oh, sure." She smiled, feeling a little shy.

"hey." "hm?" Sunghoon reached for the girl's hand when she hummed. "I was thinking... If you're free, would you like to... take a detour and go around the city?" The girl looked at him and held his hand. 

"sure, why though?" "I have a plan to make you fall in love with me." He winked as she died inside. "uhm, sure, why not!" 

The two strolled around the city, hand-in-hand. Slowly but surely, the two felt their heart beat faster around each other.

Ah, such a sweet couple. Don't you feel single just thinking about this?

i wanted to make them meet w/ coincidences (as in fate) but... eh it needs alot of thinking to do that (im bored..)

so this is KINDA inspired by a movie i watched on the plane last night (many coincidences, more like the main guy waiting for the girl),

its a great movie, 9/10, but...

they kissed way too fast for my liking. (they met the same day.)

its prolly cuz im used to watching kdramas (in which a kiss scene takes a minimum of 5 episodes.)
