Chapter 10

Last day in Mexico..

They are having gala event now with the MU Team and other delegates. We are celebrating our last day today with food and drinks unlimited before we separate our lives tomorrow.

Si Michelle ay hindi mapakali at hindi mapanatag ang isipan at damdamin. Nalulungkot siya na hindi umiimik kay Anntonia mula pa umaga. Nagsasalita siya pero isa o dalawang salita.

Nasabihan nga siya nito "You look weird today dadee. Anything wrong," tanong nito sa kanya.

Kung alam lang nito siya ang dahilan bakit siya ganito. Ito na ang huling araw na magsasama sila bago bumalik sa kani kanilang bansa.

"Nothing," she responded in a low tone voice. Mababaliw siya sa kakaisip ano ang gagawin but what fixed in her mind is that she is going to tell Anntonia how she feels towards her.

Come what may basta masabi niya dito. Naghahanap lang siya ng lakas ng loob. Parang sasabog na ang kanyang puso sa bigat na nararamdaman.

All was happy that time. Anntonia surrounded by other ladies and people chatting with each other like it will be the last time they will do that.

When she gaze at her very concern looking her eyes questioning, "Are you ok dadee?". Parang yan ang gusto nitong itanong sa kanya.

She just nodded at her and went to the wine bar requested one bottle of whiskey. She get out in the event bringing the alcoholic drink.

She want to think and be alone to a place something quiet that will make her mind at peace. And maybe this whiskey can help me think properly and straightly about the things she want to say to Anntonia. She went to the rooftop where the pool is located.

She sat down on the same chair where she remembered Anntonia take that when she first dated her in this place.

She opened the bottle of whiskey and pour it on her glass. Took a straight shot on her mouth. Savoring the taste like a pain in my heart is poured with alcohol.

This place is a sweet memory of her and Anntonia where they had their star gazing and wishing together. She want to cry all the heavy feelings from her heart para naman gumaan ito.

I want to say goodbye to Anntonia tomorrow na magaan ang loob ko dahil nasabi ko lahat ng gusto kong sabihin. She put another glass of alcohol and drink it. Thinking so many thought in her mind.

While Anntonia is not enjoying already the event now because Michelle is no where to find now in this party.

Her eyes keep looking to her figure but failed to find her. So she decided to leave the place and her valid excuse is she will have an early flight tomorrow.

She said goodbye to everyone Smiled at them saying thank you for everything and to the MU Team.

Anntonia walked fast through their room. Maybe Michelle is there waiting for her. As she opened the door, no one is there even a shadow and smell of Michelle.

She started to get nervouse where to find her. I'm very worried to her since this morning. I know there is a problem that Michelle can't tell her and I really wonder what it is all about.

I will find out so that we can go back to the normal things we do each other. Why now? That we are both leaving tomorrow and separate our ways... So sad to think about it because I'm gonna miss her badly and more that I want to say to her how I feel towards her...

I'm thinking where I can find her... quiet and peaceful place maybe she's there?...I will find out myself and go to the rooftop.

Michelle that time drunk half the bottle of whiskey. She stares at pool that tries to invite her and maybe dive her thoughts along the deep blue pool in front of her.

So she get undressed only her bra and panty left and dive straight to the pool. She is a good swimmer and she likes water. She do scuba diving, surfing and other water activities. She stays there in minutes under the pool.

Anntonia, who is already in the rooftop and saw there is a bottle of whiskey, cellphone of Michelle in the table where they sat the last time she brought me here.

And also the clothes of Michelle. Where is she?? She is going to be crazy finding her and very nervous that might something happen to her.

Then, I saw here under the pool. She was so worried and thinking of saving here on the pool because maybe she drowned herself there. So without any hesitations,
Anntonia jump and dive in to the pool to save Michelle her love.

Michelle noticed someone dives on the pool and went to her direction. She open her eyes and saw her goddess Antonia.

Whoaa, I thought she don't like diving. Why now? And with her clothes on her. Anntonia wrapped her hands around her waist and pull her up to the surface of the pool. They both catch up their breathe.

"What are you doing woman!?", Anntonia said it with little anger and so much concern in her eyes.

"Nothing woman, I just wanna swim", Michelle answered without looking her in the eyes.

"C'mon, I know something is bothering you since morning dadee. I feel it and please tell me," she pleasingly said to her.

That's the time I look at her straight in the eyes. "Let's go to our room now mommy. You might catch cold here in your wet clothes."

"Will you tell me what's bothering to you when we go back to our room dadee?", tanong nito ayaw talaga siyang tigilan pag hindi siya nag sabi.

That made her a decision sasabihin ko na sa kanya ang lahat. Michelle picked up her clothes and dressed it back.

She went to the table get her phone and when she's about to pick the bottle of whiskey, Anntonia said to her "Leave the bottle there dadee. You had enough of that already."

Sa isip ni Michelle gusto nga niyang tunggain lahat ng laman niyon sa harap ni Anntonia eh baka malunod siya sa alak at matulog nalang agad sa harapan nito para wala na siyang masabi dito.

Pero she followed what Anntonia said to her siyempre mahal niya ito eh. "Ok, let's go now mommy".

Inside their room now..

"You take a shower first mommy. I will follow after you are done", pahayag ni Michelle.

"Ok dadee, I'll take a quick shower", sabi nito at nagmamadaling pumasok sa banyo.

Siguro after naming maligo panahon na para magsabi ako kaysa hindi ko masabi ang nararamdaman ko that was in Michelle's mind. Mabilis namang natapos si Anntonia sa pagligo at siya ay sumunod agad sa banyo.

Anntonia wearing her loose tshirt and bathrobe after taking a bath. She is waiting for Michelle. They need to talk and clarify things. Why she like that since morning. She had in mind maybe because they are living tomorrow and parting our ways..

Michelle went to the bathroom and also wear her bathrobe. She sat in her bed facing the wall. And I can only look at her back. There is really something wrong. I need to talk to her now.

"Can we talk now dadee..." she said and went closer to Michelle.

"Hey dadee face me" sabi nito sabay angat ng kanyang mukha. She look straight to her lovely eyes.

God, ang mga mata nito nakakatunaw. Michelle took a deep breathe and gaining all the confidence to tell Anntonia everything.

"Mommy, promise me don't be mad at me and don't get me wrong for whatever I say to you. It comes here and here", telling her while pointing her mind and heart.

"I promise dadee..." seriously replied by Anntonia.
