Chapter 30

Anntonia's POV:
In Porsild's Residence....

Mom was busy preparing dinner. She just arrived in the house. She went directly to the kitchen.

"Hi mom! What's our dinner tonight?", she asked while getting closer to her mom.

"We are having Pad Thai (Stir-Fried Noodles) and Khao Pad (Thai Fried Rice) tonight baby." Mom answered and was about to finished what she is doing.

"It looks delicious Mom! I'm already starving." She smiled saying it to her mom.

"Yes, it is Baby. Call your dad upstairs now so that we can eat." Mom ordered to call dad. So I went upstairs, to change clothes and called dad for our dinner.

After few minutes, she went to her parents' room. "Dad.. Dad?" She called and knocked outside the door. The door opened and her dad smiled. "Dad, dinner is ready. Let's eat." she smiled and invited her dad. And they both went downstairs.

While eating, her dad spoke. "How was the meeting dear with our associates and our possible partner in our project?" asked by her dad. I know that her dad already knows what happened he still has eyes and ears in the company.

She replied while looking at her dad, "Well everything is smooth dad. So many good proposals have been offered. But I want you to help me decide who to choose and good for our expansion."

"If it's ok with you dear, I will take the offer of Mr.Dee of Dee Group of Companies (DGC). Actually, he talked to me in advance about it. I find it interesting and the best for our business. In addition, Mr. Dee personally went to the meeting which is not usually he do to the other business meetings. I guess many of the other businessmen there in the conference room were shocked because of his presence. So, ours might be special to him maybe," said by her dad looking to her.

And he continued to speak "If we will take his offer, I hope it will not bother you since you know his the father of Michelle." Still looking at her eyes finding answers from what he just said.

She blushed and went out of words to reply to her dad. So her dad really knows everything about the father of Michelle. She took a deep breath and talked to her dad, "If it is for the best of the company Dad, then we will take it. I already found his offer better than the others but I want to hear from you first if it's ok with you."

"Dear, it's your decision to make. I already give you the position and I entrusted everything to you. I know you can make good decisions for the betterment of our business". Her father smiled and continued eating.

I told him that I will accept the offer of Mr. Dee and work on the process to elaborate the partnership and contract about the plan for expansion. It might be challenging for her but I hope Michelle will not be there in any circumstances in developing the project. If she does, her life and heart will be messed up.

It was 8:45 P.M. when her cellphone rang. The person who is calling is her bestfriend, Chatnalin. She answered her call.

"Yes Besh, why did you call?" she asked over the phone.

"Hey girl, I will fetch you tonight at your house. We will go to Levels Club & Lounge and I will take no for an answer. You get dressed now." She directly said to me without taking any objections. I know her bestfriend if she want to do this and that then you are not allowed to react or object. The call ended. So, it looks like we are goint to party tonight and well it's Friday so flyday then. She get dressed. And as always not being boastful she looks drop dead gorgeous on her party dress.
