Personality: Tilly looks like she should be a very smart and yet... She's very incompetent. Sometimes she can act dumb and sometimes she truly is.
She is the nurse at the school but whoever hired her should honestly get fired because they are not good. The only thing they really do for injuries is give the person an ice pack and a pep talk.
Yeah... she also sucks at pep talks.
She is driven, so she will eventually realize she at least needs to know the basics and she'll learn all that, but honestly for the first little bit she's just absolutely clueless.
She has a good heart and means well, but usually can frustrate people with how much she doesn't know that she should.
She is very laid back and chill as well, the only time she is not chill is in stressful emergency situations. Only problem; her definition of an emergency situation and everyone else's is very different.
For example, normal people might think being shot is an emergency, she's more worried about whoever ate her last fry.
