Lev is a sweet person. He is always offering up hugs and advice to people, but at the same time he is also a very clumsy person who often winds up in trouble.
They are not very good at figuring out who to stay away from and who to be friends with, which can get them into loads of trouble a lot of the time.

Backstory:
Will write out later, but the main part is: He didn't do any of these crimes, (except for prostitution, he did that one, but in all fairness the pamphlet said "guaranteed fun" and he didn't realize what kind of fun-)
He was framed for the other crimes because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and somehow he keeps getting framed even though he didn't do anything wrong.
