Personality: Unhinged, always to offer a riddle, often nonsensical, mad, a wanderer, mind always drifts, often misunderstood.
Power Description: Uses mirages to confuse people, mainly. Uses it for trouble a lot.
Background: Lucifer had this thing with his little sister where he would ask her a riddle and she would answer with whatever the answer she thought it was. Even if she was wrong, he would congratulate her and say. "That's certainly a fascinating perspective on life." and they were really close but she died of a disease when she was young. Too young, in Lucifers opinion. And, well, it drove him to be mad and unhinged. Thinking pretty much every day; "How could someone so sweet and amazing just be gone?" and his parents were really concerned for him but they didn't know how to handle it so he got shipped off to live with his aunt, and he ended up running away a little while later because he couldn't take all the reminders of his sister and how everyone seemed disappointed that he wasn't just okay now.
Strength: Confusing people, intelligent, oddly likeable, good at making people question stuff.
Weakness: Sometimes gets hooked outside of reality, can be described as 'loosing it', mutters to himself a lot.
