That night Beatrice cuddled into the couch as she struggled to get Joel out of her head.
It had ruined her afternoon as she was thinking about her entire relationship with Simon and Brendan and when she changed.
Suddenly the door opened causing her to melt further into the couch.
"Bunny.
Where are you?" Brendan asked.
Simon followed him before spotting her on the couch.
Simon pointed to her causing Brendan's heart to stop.
He walked to her "Bunny" he said.
She looked at him.
"What's wrong?" he asked as he took her hand.
"Just thinking about what Joel said.
Have I really changed?" she asked.
Brendan rubbed his face.
"No.
I've made sure he never dares talk to you like that again as well" he said.
"It's my fault to think he was warming up to me," she said.
"He was," Simon said.
"Joel is a pest.
A helpful pest but a fucking pest" Brendan said.
"Stop saying pest," she said.
Brendan smiled "Even if you did start acting more like us we wouldn't love you any less.
If anything you would be way hotter bunny" Brendan said.
She smiled softly "You didn't hurt him did you?" she asked.
"He deserved what he got.
No one is going to disrespect you especially not in front of my face" Brendan said.
She smiled "So sweet" she said sarcastically.
Brendan looked at her as she looked at him with sad eyes.
"I may not be like you both but I have changed.
I know that.
Even if I don't think about it often" she said.
"You've changed because you've become comfortable with us," Brendan said.
She nodded before sitting up.
Brendan got on his knees in front of her.
"Brendan," she said.
"Next time he gets testy tell him to fuck off for me ok," Brendan said.
"I can't do that," she said.
"Saves him from a fight," Simon said.
She soon her head.
"No matter how rude he is I can't be mean to him.
I would feel too bad" she said.
Simon kissed her "You haven't changed then" he said.
She smiled before feeling Brendan place small kisses on her knee and inner thigh.
She looked at him before caressing his face.
"What are you doing down there?" she asked.
He leaned against her leg.
"Relaxing after almost breaking my hand trying not to kill Joel," he said.
"Let me see," she said.
He showed her his hands causing her heart to go cold.
"Brendan.
What did you do?" she asked as she looked at his blood-stained knuckles.
"I broke a few things because I know you would forgive me if I killed him," Brendan said.
"Why do you keep saying you would have killed him?
It's not like you would" she said before freezing.
"No.
No, you wouldn't" she said.
"Do you understand how much I care about you?
How much we care about you" Brendan said.
She looked at Simon before feeling tears run down her face.
"Hey, hey.
Bunny" Brendan said.
"It's just a lot.
I never really thought about that.
I've never seen that side from either of you and to me, it isn't there" she said.
"Don't worry about what we do when we're not here.
I don't need you worrying like that" Brendan said.
"What does that mean?" she asked.
"What are you doing when you leave me?" she asked.
"It's business, bunny.
Nothing too dangerous" Brendan said.
"I want to know," she said.
"You don't need to know," Brendan said.
"She has a right to know," Simon said.
She looked at Brendan.
"Brendan," she said.
"I don't know how to explain it.
It's all attached to the club and family" Brendan said.
She nodded "Please just be honest with me.
Please" she said.
"There are some things im not going to tell you for your own safety," he said.
"I respect that but I don't want you hiding things like this" she said as she continued holding her hand.
"Alright.
Just don't get pissed off if I don't tell you things" he said.
"The day I get mad at you will be for something worse than that.
I don't get mad" she said.
He stood up before grabbing her.
She yelped as he sat on the couch before pulling her into his lap.
Beatrice hugged him before hearing the doorbell.
"I got it," Simon said before walking away.
"Does it hurt?" she said as she kissed his knuckles.
"No.
Didn't really think about it until now" he said.
"That's not good," she said.
Suddenly Joel walked in.
"Get out," Brendan said.
Beatrice sat next to Brendan.
"I came here to apologise alright," he said.
"Go back to the club," Brendan said.
"Brendan it's ok.
Hear him out" Beatrice said.
Joel looked at her "Thanks" he said.
"Get it over with," Brendan said.
"Alright.
I'm sorry for what I said, Beatrice.
I wasn't thinking and I was mad at him not at you" Joel said.
"Joel you don't need to lie.
You weren't happy with me" she said.
"Ok apology accepted now piss off" Brendan said.
"I'm being nice," Joel said.
"After you insulted my bunny," Brendan said.
"I knew I shouldn't have bothered.
You're too thick-headed to accept that im sorry" Joel said.
"Joel.
The club is one thing but you're not going to do that here" she said.
"Do what?
Tell the truth" he said.
"Enough" she ordered shutting him up instantly.
She walked to him "You try to act like you are mature and as if you know things but you don't because every word that leaves your mouth is negative.
I've listened because I thought it was because you needed someone to talk to but you are just a negative child that has been given too much freedom.
You are in our home so you don't dare insult him or Simon because I won't sit there and listen" she said.
He looked at her with wide eyes.
"You think you're nice.
You're a right bitch" he said.
"Get out," she said softly.
Joel didn't more.
She looked into his eyes.
"Get the hell out now," she said before walking to Brendon.
He grabbed her before throwing her on the couch.
He kissed her before getting on top of her as Simon dragged Joel out.
She whimpered as he grinded against her.
"What's this for?" she asked.
"You are amazing," he said.
Simon then pulled her away from Brendan before kissing her.
She became lost in her as the previous confusion, anger and sadness melted away leaving her with two needy lions.
